Set amid the Shropshire countryside, making it ideal for walking or fishing trips, this quaint bed and breakfast boasts views across the River Severn, free Wi-Fi, a bar and restaurant. The inn offers both a bar and an à la carte menu. Mouth-watering dishes are created using fresh local produce wherever possible and some of the food is made using ingredients sourced from within just a few miles of the pub. A Full English breakfast is served in the conservatory restaurant every morning. Tastefully decorated, each bedroom at The Swan Inn has an en suite shower room, a desk and a flat-screen TV. Many have views over the valley. A 5-minute drive away, guests can discover the Severn Valley Railway. Weston Park, Shrewsbury and the Royal Air Force museum at Cosford are a 35-minute drive away. Very nice staff. Very comfortable and cosy bar. Nice dining area. Good menu. Lots of choice for breakfast. Nice location overlooking the river. Good sized bedroom with comfortable bed. Basin in en-suite very small. Difficult to clean one's teeth without decapitating one's head on the shelf above. Although the bathroom was clean it did not sparkle. Grouting looking a little tired. Lots of black condensation marks round the windows.

Staff were very friendly. Good breakfast, lovely bar and outside terrace. Nice views set in a gorgeous town. Rooms need updating. Room one needs a full-size wardrobe or at least some coat hooks - had to use the curtain rail to hang our wedding outfits!

Very good atmosphere combined with warm welcome great beer and excellent food. What more could you want. Small on-suite shower but new owners slowly refurbishing bedrooms etc

Hotel was lovely with fantastic views over the river,countryside and town. Food was amazing and very reasonably priced,with a homely bar and surroundings. The rates again were very reasonable priced and would recommend a stay for any occasion business or pleasure.

The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. There was a very nice atmosphere in the place and the meals were excellent - nicely cooked and the plates hot. Hot breakfasts were freshly cooked. The bathroom was a bit small, although functional.

Ideal setting, overlooking the river. Beautiful restaurant area, rooms were clean and modern and were well maintained. The staff were very attentive and the food was delicious. The prices are very reasonable for food and drinks. Bathroom was on the small side and the shower cubicle was small, but were clean and adequate for one night.

The atmosphere and the staff. All very friendly. Everythinga bout the hotel was great ..The walk from the Hotel to Bridgnorth on the B road was dangerous. I believe there is a footpath, this should be pointed out to guests in future.

The staff were extremely friendly. The breakfast was well cooked. The bedroom was clean and tidy. All in all it is good value for money. There is nothing I could fault.

We both had a wonderful stay at The Swan Inn. Justin, Liam and the team made our stay very welcoming and comfortable, so much so, we stayed on for two more nights. The food served was delicious. The Bar perfect for relaxing in after a long days walking. Thanks everyone, had a brill time.

the food is really good, location very good, very friendly and helpful staff. traffic noises in to room no 1. no hand or floor towels, no toilet roll holder, no useful hooks for towels next to shower.
