Bathroom was a great size and had modern fittings, the shower was spacious. Beds were comfortable. Friendly, relaxed atmosphere.

The cooked breakfast could have been better quality. The sausages were cheap and it tasted bland. Would suggest grilled tomatoes, local butchers good quality sausage and hash browns addition with choice of black pudding. No full length mirror in room. Walls in room looked a little sparse - suggest adding a few prints.

A very friendly atmosphere generated by the hosts. Great location just off the market square. Near to other dales villages.

Cleanliness of room wasn't the best. It was clean but some areas not so well.

The pub was in a lovely little village and the room was well decorated and clean.

We couldn't get to sleep as they had drum and bass music playing very loudly in the bar until 12.15 am and only turned it down when I went down to complain. The landlady explained that it was because it was a pub and not a hotel. We decided to check out after the first night and found somewhere else. The landlady did nothing to stop us!

Little pub just off the main road right in the centre of Bedale with a fabulous main en-suite bedroom. Fresh cooked breakfast, warm and friendly staff.

Nothing to put you off this simple pub.

We came to this guest house looking for a well deserved break, and the first impressions of the rooms, we were quite happy at the room and it's decor, however our opinions soon changed. There was excessive music played until 1.30 am, and patrons of the bar ( including the owner ) had little or no regard for guests that were staying over. On checking out there was also no attempt of an apology for the nights excessive noise.

Paint peeling off the wall. Carpet was grubby,cobwebs all over the window sills. Light bulb out in the bathroom shower only Luke warm.

The cleanliness of the rooms, and bathrooms, needs to be addressed by the owners We took three rooms and the one single room was not clean. White towels were a horrid shade of gray. Although the owners were friendly and obliging, there was a real problem paying with our credit cards, which we had not encountered anywhere else, before or since, and we had to pay cash, which was a real inconvenience for us at the time.

The breakfast was nice and the people were friendly and welcoming.

I think a couple of things from both the Booking.com and the Three Cooper's own website are misleading; for example the booking confirmation stated that we were getting a king size room with views of the meadows. We could see a wall but that was it! Also on their website it says you get a good hospitality tray with mineral water and complimentary wine, but we got neither. It's not a major issue, but it was a bit disappointing as this was a birthday treat for my husband and I made the booking because I thought the view sounded nice and gave the impression that it is in the countryside, not down a side street.

Es un pub, por lo tanto no se puede dormir, parece que duermas en el pub. Ambiente bastante cutre. Me ha extrañado encontrarmelo en Booking, pensaba que hacían cierta selección de los establecimientos que ofrecen.

It was noisey at night until 12 midnight didn't get much sleep, but it was a drinking pub after all. no parking however parking was free over the road just a bit awkward to drag cases around.

Shame they don't serve food on an evening we struggled to find anywhere serving after 7pm. My only complaint was the noise from the bar late in the evening after been out from a early start my friends and I returned to a empty pub at 11pm ish. There wasn't even any music playing, we all retired and I was just dropping off to sleep when the karioke started very loud it felt like they were all in my room I could hear every word that was sung. This went on for several hours. The next morning I commented about the noise and was informed I was after all staying in a pub which happens to offer rooms!! My advise you want a quite evening give it a miss. You want a party night this it the place to stay

The room was above the pub, so could hear the music being played till about quarter to eleven, when the pub was closed.

In a convenient location for village centre and breakfast was substantial with plenty of choice

Stairs are a bit steep for older people.

Warm welcome, food good, breakfast substancial. Enjoyed gd weekend.

very grubby appearance of the pub, although the rooms are fairly well presented the carpets and approach up the staircase is dirty and grubby and the towels were the greyist supposedly white towels Ive seen - very off putting. It feels like it could do with a really good clean and dont feel there is any pride in its overall appearance. They also have dogs in the pub with dog hairs in the entrance hall which isnt everybodys cup of tea. We stayed there a few years ago and nothing has improved since. Although the landlady was very freindly even she didnt give an overall good impression of the pub. Shame really as it could be a really pub/accommodation due to is proximity to the twon.

Breakfast served on cold plates. Floor of pub is floorboards so had been mopped - smelt musty. Cutlery and food all had same pervading musty smell
