It felt like a luxury room but was in keeping with $$ hotels in London. It was 2 blocks from Victoria Station and we could get anywhere in London from there. It is in a beautiful, quiet neighborhood with lovely little restaurants within walking distance. The hotel is clean, comfortable and the staff is very helpful. We intend to stay there again and refer our friends when they stay in London. |

The unusual decor and location. Substandard service. Small room. Twin room not available upon arrival and double offered as an alternative. |

personal at the front desk were very friendly and helpful. Room was small but very elegant and clean and perfect for our stay. We especially liked the peaceful surroundings, yet very close to subway and easy acces to main attractions. Good location! |

The hotel is clean and very convenient to all transportation at Victoria Station. Location is safe and quiet. They forgot to turn on our AC from the front desk and so we were hot that first night. |

Located at a really convenient part of London right across from Victoria Station. Stylish and cute building and interior decor. Very quiet and sunny room. Very small rooms. Shower glass door needed repair. The renovation was careless and one needs not be an architect to see imperfections. |

I liked the area and decor. It took me 2 hrs to get to London , your staff gave me a double room when I requested a twin room. Then it took over 25mins for a room to be made up ..so I waited... The bath room had hair all over it and the shower was not washed! THe mini bar was not stocked . Then the £109. that I booked on the internet said vat was included in your price.... My experiance was unpleasant in this Hotel ..I hope you improve as I do travel alot and find it hard to recommend your Hotel to others right now! |

Wonderful, central location to all the sights and sounds of London. Very helpful staff and comfortable rooms.... Highly recommended. I will definitely stay here again next time i'm in London. |

Fantastic location: within walking distance from Victoria station in the heart of the lovely Belgravia within a walking distance also to Buckingham Palace. The hotel is clean, warm atmosphere, excellent taste of the furnitures. Great to have a lift. Only problem : The rooms are too small. 2 people cannot get in the same area at the same time except for the bed. |

A great boutique hotel ideally located to get around London. Though the room was slightly on the small side it was perfect for the weekend in London. The rooms are very clean and comfortable. |

The location was excellent. Staffs were very friendly. The room was clean and tidy. We would like to stay again!! There are few TV channel but you can borrow DVDs free of charge. |

We were not happy with the location of our room and the staff moved us with no problems. The bed was a little small but the room was very nicely appointed and the bathroom was wonderful. We misunderstood and thought we booked a room with a king bed, however the room was labeled as a deluxe king room. To make up for this, we were offered breakfast for free. The bed was small and hard. They do a great job of making the mattress comfortable with a mattress pad. |

Location, location, location Rooms were extremely small, the bathroom was not filled upon arrival (soap, shower gel, etc), the safe door was closed. We spoke to hotel staff about this and were promised that everything would be resolved promptly. When we came back to our room in the evening nothing was done about our request. |

Close to town and attractions, shopping and rail netwok. Air conditioning was very loud at night, turned it off and got too hot! Room quite small |

For a downtown London hotel, Tophams was good value for the money. We liked the in-room safe that was large enough to accommodate our laptop. It also allowed us to input our own security code. Surprisingly with all the extras Tophams offers, Tophams was the only place we stayed on our entire trip which did not provide a hairdryer. We also felt the breakfast (not included) was a little pricey but we were able to find a breakfast buffet at a third the price closeby |
