デザインも良く、部屋も清潔でバスタブもあり、しかもスタッフの対応もそこそこ良く、気持ちよく宿泊できた- 。

予想以上に廊下が狭く、しかも同じフロアーにもかかわらず3段階段があり、ラゲッジを運ぶのに非常に苦労し- た。また、隣や上階の部屋から足音や水の流れる音がかなり聞こえて、防音対策に関しては不満。

ビクトリア駅から近く、地下鉄を利用してのロンドン市内観光には最適の場所にあると言えます。ホテルスタッ- フも皆親切でした。部屋も広くて値段相応かと思います。

朝食の値段は高すぎるので、お勧めできません。ダブルの部屋に宿泊しましたが、バスタブとシャワーブースが- 離れていて使い勝手が悪かったです。

Being allowed into the room much earlier then the time stated. we only called into the hotel in order to possibly drop off our cases. The helpful receptionist said that the room was ready. The easy walk to all bus routes. The on suite bathroom was lovely.

not able to open the wardrobe door because of cramped conditions, the single bed prevented this. why have a double bed and a single bed for a twin bedded rook? The TV was not tuned properly.

Great location, beautiful room. I've stayed at other hotel in London and nothing compares to the quality of this hotel for the price I paid. Thrilled to have a big bathroom in London! Also great to have computer access for guests.

The room was definitely too small for the price i paid it, luckily we only stayed two nights which was fine as we used the room mainly just to sleep and our suitcase was quite small. Otherwise, if the stay would have been longer and the suitcase bigger, it would have been a problem. Another thing, after the room cleaning service, there was no fresh toilet paper or shampoo or bath gel, i had to use my own tissues as a substitute for the toilet paper and luckily i had brought my own shampoo.

The room was clean and comfortable with good facilities,as was the bathroom with an excellent shower.I did not use the restaurant so cannot comment on this.Overall a good hotel.

There were a few small dislikes.There was no milk supplied for the tea/coffee and one very small shower gel bottle which was almost gonr after one use.

A reasonably friendly welcome on arrival; being "upgraded" to a Twin Room although I had booked a single room; relative quietness during the night; access at all hours (I was late back from an evening function); Comfortable though small room; speedy check out the next day.

No visible stairs; little or no room in bathroom for spreading out one's toileteries; no space on or in bath for soaps.These are niggles, but they can impede progress if one is in a hurry - as I was.

lIked the design and the helpfulness of the staff. Also - great location.

Very hot also breakfast a bit hit and miss

The location is superb, very close to Victoria Station. The double room was nicely decorated and spacious enough for an one week stay. Bathroom was spacious, toiletries were served everyday.

Single rooms were extremely small. Wardrobe very small. We had one single room without bathroom ensuite, definately overpriced! Policy of the hotel is very bad! We had mistakenly double booked a single room. Eventhough we occupied a double room for one week and two single rooms for two nights the manager of the hotel was not willed to refund the double booking for one single room. Very, very annoying. Actually without words! Since the staff at the front desk changes during the day, nobody really felt responsible to take care of that matter.

Room design. (Room 8) 1.Unable to watch TV from the bed- could be mounted on an extendable bracket to make viewing possible. 2. unable to open the bathroom door more than 12" because beds blocking access.

Facilities were new and clean.

Absolutely nothing. We arrived at 6.30 pm to be told we had been given a room in another hotel 300 yards down the street. No explanation was originally given for this. We walked to this alternative hotel, carrying our luggage up three flights of stairs in a dingy hotel to the attic, passing damp and dirty walls.

We had booked a room in this hotel three months in advance and were not given the room we booked. We had to protest at the unsuitable alternative accommodation offered to us and eventually we were then moved to another part of London in the opposite direction from Victoria station. The location was the reason we booked the hotel originally. It then cost us £15.00 in a taxi the next day to Victoria station.
