Удобное расположение - в двух шагах от Victoria station, очень удобно, если Вы пользуетесь метро в Лондоне. Очень тихо. Отель расположен в элитном жилом районе. хорошо бы обновить номера, у нас протекал кран в ванной, покрывала требуют срочной замены |

Не понравилось вообще. Но были очень веселящие моменты с поселением, уборкой в номере, когда консъерж сообщил, что уборщица уже не выходит наработу как неделю, так как отелю нечем ей платить. Интернет работает плохо и т.д. Чистота, порядок, размещение. |

Being allowed into the room much earlier then the time stated. we only called into the hotel in order to possibly drop off our cases. The helpful receptionist said that the room was ready. The easy walk to all bus routes. The on suite bathroom was lovely. not able to open the wardrobe door because of cramped conditions, the single bed prevented this. why have a double bed and a single bed for a twin bedded rook? The TV was not tuned properly. |

breakfast excellent but pricey for what we got the bedroom was very hot when I arrived, I should have welcomed simple information/instructions about controlling the heating system |

Great location, beautiful room. I've stayed at other hotel in London and nothing compares to the quality of this hotel for the price I paid. Thrilled to have a big bathroom in London! Also great to have computer access for guests. |

5 min from Victoria station and the Apollo Victoria Theater. Our double bedroom was nice and clean. Walking distance to a lot of facilities (shops, restaurants, subway). Quiet. The staff was not very friendly and not very helpful when we got stuck in the lift. Breakfast not included and very expensive (15£ each). Water was dripping in the closet when the people in the room upstairs took a shower. Not worth the price except for the location, which was fantastic. |

The room was definitely too small for the price i paid it, luckily we only stayed two nights which was fine as we used the room mainly just to sleep and our suitcase was quite small. Otherwise, if the stay would have been longer and the suitcase bigger, it would have been a problem. Another thing, after the room cleaning service, there was no fresh toilet paper or shampoo or bath gel, i had to use my own tissues as a substitute for the toilet paper and luckily i had brought my own shampoo. |

The room was clean and comfortable with good facilities,as was the bathroom with an excellent shower.I did not use the restaurant so cannot comment on this.Overall a good hotel. There were a few small dislikes.There was no milk supplied for the tea/coffee and one very small shower gel bottle which was almost gonr after one use. |

I nice decent hotel for short trips and business and its cosy and relaxing located at aquite street. The only setback was the lack of more facilities,also the tv channels did not include cable channels like sky cable channel,this is uk its the land of football. |

A reasonably friendly welcome on arrival; being "upgraded" to a Twin Room although I had booked a single room; relative quietness during the night; access at all hours (I was late back from an evening function); Comfortable though small room; speedy check out the next day. No visible stairs; little or no room in bathroom for spreading out one's toileteries; no space on or in bath for soaps.These are niggles, but they can impede progress if one is in a hurry - as I was. |

Nothing- I was put in the Harcourt at number 50, which is of poor quality.The shower did not work, the sink tap was loose, you could not drain the sink. I booked a room in Tophams and got dumped in a block of inadequate rooms with poor facilities |

The location is superb, very close to Victoria Station. The double room was nicely decorated and spacious enough for an one week stay. Bathroom was spacious, toiletries were served everyday. Single rooms were extremely small. Wardrobe very small. We had one single room without bathroom ensuite, definately overpriced! Policy of the hotel is very bad! We had mistakenly double booked a single room. Eventhough we occupied a double room for one week and two single rooms for two nights the manager of the hotel was not willed to refund the double booking for one single room. Very, very annoying. Actually without words! Since the staff at the front desk changes during the day, nobody really felt responsible to take care of that matter. |

Location Room design. (Room 8) 1.Unable to watch TV from the bed- could be mounted on an extendable bracket to make viewing possible. 2. unable to open the bathroom door more than 12" because beds blocking access. |

Absolutely nothing. We arrived at 6.30 pm to be told we had been given a room in another hotel 300 yards down the street. No explanation was originally given for this. We walked to this alternative hotel, carrying our luggage up three flights of stairs in a dingy hotel to the attic, passing damp and dirty walls. We had booked a room in this hotel three months in advance and were not given the room we booked. We had to protest at the unsuitable alternative accommodation offered to us and eventually we were then moved to another part of London in the opposite direction from Victoria station. The location was the reason we booked the hotel originally. It then cost us £15.00 in a taxi the next day to Victoria station. |

Location to Victoria Station. Good for flying in/out London via Gatwick. the overall Decor was nice.Free wireless and wired internet. Staircases going up and down, depsite on the same floor. My room has a small narrow staircase going up to the bathroom. and difficult to drag luggage around to get to my room due to those up and down stairs on 1st floor. No blinds/curtains at one of my window. feel a bit insecure.One of the reception staff was a big grumpy looking although she can be helpful, but just not very friendly. Front desk service not quite a 4-5 stars level |

It was close to Victoria railway station and had some good restaurants / bars close to it. TV would not swing around to face the bed |

the cleaness and the staff and the location.excellent for a city trip. the room was very small, no furniture to place and open the luggage. Fair price should have included the breakfast. |
