Friendly staff great vaue for money and near to the airport. Our flight was quite early and it was nice that breakfast was served early
Disappointed we could not have a meal when we arrived at 21.15. We had too buy a packet of crisps
very close to airport
bed was awful
* Very friendly attitude of the staff members. * Stunning scenic view of the countryside.
plenty of parking, and a quick ride to the airport. Can eat onsite, but other alternatives quite near.
Convenient location, everything you would need in a room for a short stay and the buffet breakfast was of a high standard with lovely staff.
Room was spacious and very clean, staff were polite and friendly
Soundproofing between rooms was poor, people in the room above us had a very early start and you could hear them talking and moving about. Hot water tap in the bath was very slow, I tried for twenty minutes to fill the bath before giving up and having a shower. No one on reception in the morning to report this to.
Big room, very clean.
The bar and restaurant area were very tired and in dire need of a refurb and some bright decoration.
The room was a decent size and fairly comfortable. The bathroom was also a good size.
The closet had a nasty smell in it. The drawers had the previous guests hair in them. Over all the room needed a good clean.
Location good, staff friendly and helpful
Strange odour from bed linen particularly the pillows. Is the clean laundry stored next to the kitchen?
Useless wifi. Carpets not so clean. Generally looks tired and needs investment.
Good food warm and welcoming staff good parking
No noise insulation in room Poor quality shower
Nice helpful welcome on arrival by the young lady in reception.Large comfortable clean rooms, nice bathroom with intergral shower, plenty of coffee and tea, trouser press, iron and hair dryer.Small flat screen remote control TV with free view channels.Good choice of breakfast (hot or cold). Also a nice welcome from the maids in the breakfast room who cooked toast to order and also explained where things were.
Just need to update the interiors of the rooms.Door to rooms could do with a bit of paint.
Staff were very friendly n breakfast was lovely with a nice variety
Mattress was sooooooo uncomfortable!!
Food, both evening meal and breakfast were good.
Evening meal service was slow.
Everything, great food, very clean and comfortable room. Good value
Wi fi and size of nightlife
Our trip to the airport
Very noisy rooms, we could hear everything going on above us, didn't get a wink of sleep. As it was a stopover place prior to the airport we weren't that bothered. But a little sleep would of been nice. Rooms were generally not clean. Needs modernising massively.
Location Staff were very efficient and incredibly pleasant Room was big Plenty of coffee, tea and milk on the tray Clean surfaces, carpet, bedding and towels Big bed Door to outside so no runners up and down corridors Great breakfast and buffet style Efficient check in and out - 10:30am :-)
Quite dated in furnishings Towels quite old as was bedding - but all were very clean. Thin walls Just needs a refurb
The location. The politeness of the staff and cleanlinesss. The breakfast was lovely
Easy to find Good Breakfast Beds very comfy, good bedding Staff including cleaners very pleasant & friendly Free Parking Free Wi-Fi
Room smelled musty, although was clean Radiator didn't work
Very easy to find, helpful staff, easy check in and lovely buffet breakfast.
We really like the the Hotel location to Bristol and we enjoyed the Excellent Free Wifi. My Girlfriend and I enjoyed a Good nights sleep and I Especially enjoyed the Hot and long Bath.
The Breakfast although was included into the price was only ok at best, it needed either fried or scrambled eggs. Also we decided to eat their the previous evening too and as someone who has worked for 10 years in the Hospitality Industry it was painful to watch the Badly Managed wait staff who really didn't know anything,
Everything was there, food, drinks somewhere to relax in the open air or in your room.
Not that we wanted to but there didn't seem to be anywhere close by to walk to or visit.
Staff excellent Breakfast Excellent
Rooms were tired
