Some reception staff
the location and friendliness of the staff. the room was comfortable and secure with a good level of cleanliness. secure car parking was available. overall a very pleasant stay. thanks.
Good food and drink. Location.
The room had a fusty smell as if the carpet had been shampood and the room closed up before the carpet had dried.
So close to airport.
Good price, good food. Excellent way to start your holiday.
Close to airport where we'd had a late flight into Bristol. Friendly staff and night porter who provided bar facilities. Nice room and good breakfast
friendly helpful staff, flexible.
could do with an upgrade. car park barrier awkward. second door key would be useful.
We liked the privacy, the bathroom was off to your left, with a separate corridor and door into the room. It was very warm, backed onto fields and was really quiet. It was a good location with plenty of parking and easy to find. Really good sized room, tea and coffee making etc. Although you could say being dated was negative, actually for a place to stay for a couple of nights the positives outweighed the negative of this.
A bit dated really and a coat of paint wouldn't go a miss but extremely good value for money...
Homely, breakfast and friendly staff.
Could here people in the room above early morning and late at night.
> Wifi > The restaurant was very close > How clean it was > Size of the room was reasonable
• Size of the TV • Light switch for the toilet was on the outside of it • Instead of having 2 separate beds my children had to share a double bed, which was uncomfortable for them •
Excellent overnight stay and near to Bristol airport. Very comfortable room and excellent breakfast.
Nice, clean, and comfortable
Friendly bar & breakfast staff
Costs too for what it wad
A good hotel at a very good price . Excellent breakfast .
Laura at reception was helpful in the extreme. She let us into an unused room rather than make us wait in the rain until normal check in time when we arrived very early.
Good nights sleep
Place needs a revamp.
Staff at breakfast were wonderful. Friendly and efficient. Especially Clare and her sister. The room was clean and comfortable.
The reception staff were often outside smoking, all of them, therefore reception empty.
Staff nice and good Breakfast
Car parking and if coming from WSM direction entrances on a busy road unclear & Unsafe
The desk manager was helpful and the staff serving breakfast were friendly efficient and kind.
awful run down old decor and damp smelling room and bog standard basic fried food for dinner.
very polite staff, made to feel at ease & welcomed
excellent breakfast & friendly staff
Room could do with upgrading ie decorating etc.
A cheap night away. Nice breakfast a few nice pubs to visit and food at the stag and hounds.
An old smell could do with an air freshner, bigger tv it was tiny and it was boiling in there couldn't cool it down even with the radiater off but I would rather be hot then cold.
We arrived 8.40pm no food available No Parking had to drive round car park 4 times and then lost space when had to go miles up road to get food
Lack of food
