The situation was excellent and it was well equiped. The Junior suites are dissapointing - one has a view of a blank wall and the other is in the basement. Whilst the decor was good the sofa was uncomfortable and the bed was like a sponge. |

The proximity to town centre and transport infrastructure. Also, directly across from sea and beach. Finally, the independence of a apartment with the services of a hotel |

The Townhouse is an elegant, small hotel on the Promenade in Douglas. It is beautifully maintained and clean. |

Convenient location in centre of Douglas, tourist info and shops within walking distance, public bus service on doorstep. Front of hotel looks out onto prom. Spacious, comfortable apartment with all amenities. Ability to use Coast Restaurant next door where they serve an excellent breakfast or meals, chargeable to your room is a valuable service. - |

The privacy and how friendly the management and staff were on contact. THe rooms were wonderful and the facilities great. the bed railing blocked out the TV view, might be an idea to mount the TV! |

the friendliness of the director...simply great. The hotel is very clean, central, beautiful Victorian style and amazing views. For the price, it would be better if breakfast was included everyday. We were given a welcome pack, which is great, however, it would have been better if this is provided daily. |

The privacy was great, just like a home from home. Lovely sea views. The apartment had all your needs accounted for. All the doors have louds squeaks and slam to very loudly. Could hear all the doors in the building! |
