The standard of the accommodation was high and we appreciated the freedom that this serviced apartment gave us. There were some luxury touches eg. towelling bathrobes and slippers and very good quality toiletries. Well and centrally situated with M&S just around the corner for food purchases. |

The personal touches like the manager meeting you and taking me to my room and explaining everything like how all works. The staff were very nice. The apartment was clean and tidy. |

The independence, the quietness, central location, the sense of a home from home lack of a view - the room was at the side of the hotel and looked directly on to the side of another building |

The situation was excellent and it was well equiped. The Junior suites are dissapointing - one has a view of a blank wall and the other is in the basement. Whilst the decor was good the sofa was uncomfortable and the bed was like a sponge. |

Convenient location in centre of Douglas, tourist info and shops within walking distance, public bus service on doorstep. Front of hotel looks out onto prom. Spacious, comfortable apartment with all amenities. Ability to use Coast Restaurant next door where they serve an excellent breakfast or meals, chargeable to your room is a valuable service. - |

Отель на берегу моря в очень живописном месте. Номер уютный ,чистый. В отеле отсутствует лифт и персонал, который мог бы поднять чемоданы на верхние этажи. |
