Friendly, inviting and incredibly helpful and genuine staff. Rooms clean, with that obvious extra effort in the presentation both appreciated and welcoming. Bathroom clean, shower hot and good pressure. Breakfast good and happily adjusted for personal taste. First time here, and will always stay here in future when in Perth. |

Friendly welcome at the end of a long journey. Fast check in and everything easily to hand. Parking was easy and free of charge. I recommend this little hotel to anyone visiting Perth. Also, the breakfast was delicious and cooked to order by the owner. |

Good location, clean, friendly helpful owners, good facilities in room and great breakfast. Not so much a didn't like but a little attention to details like tiles in en suite stop before the door, pipework not boxed in, grout could be cleaned off floor tiles under sink, second coat of paint on ceiling, stick the ceiling paper back were it's come away from the edges. Not a big deal didn't affect our comfort but would have brought it up to a delux standard. |

A warm friendly welcome. Comfortable modern en-suite room. Large cooked breakfast with good non-cooked alternatives. Offers excellent value for money and within easy walking distance of the Town Centre for restaurants etc. |

Excellent location. Excellent Hosts who were very accommodating and went out of their way to provide an early breakfast on departure. Room on ground floor, lots of light and sunny location. Enjoyed having a choice of a bath as well as a shower. Very comfortable stay and great breakfasts. Lovely City. |

The breakfast was absoloutly outstandig, the best one I had on my tour through Scotland. Also the Room was very nice with view through the very close park. The has a perfect location in Perth, it is 3 walkminutes from the center. Mike and Sarrah are very nice and helpfull people in every situation. Its obvious that the spend continous effort to keep the high level of the hotel. Many thanks ! Erik (The scooter guy !) |
