I loved the reception from staff, and the room I did not like the shower and bath as the shower leaked everywhere and all the grouting around the tiles was in very poor condition.

The location Had booked a meal in the Rockwell Restaurant, not informed it was no longer a restaurant! On our return to our room at 2.30pm on our second day the bed had not been made and the towels had not been replaced, had to phone the housekeeper to organise. Room very clean but not quite as deluxe as expected

It's location is perfect to access all the sights, particularly Buckingham Palace, Trafalgar Square, The South Bank, Leicester Square and Covent Garden. Swift service of the staff when we requested more tea and milk in our room. Walls very thin, we could hear the person coughing and sneezing very clearly in the next room. Disappointed that the roof top bar was not open, the hotels sign said it was due to poor weather.

Great location, super atmosphere in the hotel with a great roof bar overlooking Trafalgar Square Bar prices a little steep, but you pay for the location. No real ale however.

Breakfast was outstanding in service, quality and assortment. Room to the back was large and quiet. Very good location. Check-in was unprofessional and room was not ready upon arrival after 1500h. Blue strange light in hallway.

Hotel in a great location. Staff were friendly and welcoming. Lovely large and comfortable bed. Room not ready at check in time due to a late check out. When it was ready we were told that our baggage was in the room, but it wasn't, although did arrive within 10 minutes. Corridor on 5th floor very dimly lit.

Excellent location, very friendly desk help, very good value. No "house" computer for all purpose e-mail use. Did not have a "real" restaurant, only a bar/lounge. No traditional hotel lobby.

The location was perfect, walking distance to many of the top attractions, lots of bars and restaurants, plus the West End. First, when we were checking inn, the lady at the front desk asked us if we wanted a view of the Trafalgar Square. We immediately said yes, of course, and then she tells us it would be for 40 pounds more...we immediately declined and stayed with the standard room. If you are going to offer this, first say the cost and not the other way around which made us look foolish. But the most troublesome of all, was that we ended up with a room with a broken shower. When my wife called the reception to get help, they guy played stupid and was trying to excuse themselves by saying there was nobody from maintenance to fix it. My wife insisted and suddenly, he said OHHH, it seems one of them has not left yet so they send him to our room and indeed, it sort-of fixed it... Honestly, I dont expect these things from a hotel of this stature...

The location right on Trafalgar Square. Very clean and comfortable rooms. The colourful led lighting throughout the hotel made for a very relaxing ambiance. The price is high but you are paying for the location. The price of pretty much everything on the menu/minibar.

The room was an outstanding size compared to other London hotels we have stayed at. Location was great, only minutes from a Tube Station.... Breakfast was plenty of choice and the staff were great. We could not recomment this hotel enough! Leaving to go back to work :-(
