Very nice boutique hotel, the roof top bar looki g over Trafalgar Square makes it worth while alone. Standard rooms are a bit pokey |

From check in to check out everyone was exceptionally helpful. The staff went out of their way for us numerous times and I felt their hospitality was genuine. The location was perfect also. We booked the breakfast inclusive which was a bonus. It was listed as a continental breakfast but it was so much more than that. The bath tub sat in a containment unit of sorts and the drainage system that took in the overflow of water often ended up all over the floor when you took a shower. This was due to the water pressure being strong so I guess I shouldnt really be complaining. |

Quiet room, well furnished, tasteful. Pleasant staff, contemporary hotel. Great location. Yes. The compulsory (and unadvertised!) tip and service charge applied to my bill when I bought two beers. The surprise of finding that the bowl of (I had thought) complementary nuts cost £4! Extremely poor management decision, as penny-pinching like this is exactly what this hotel is not about. As a Hilton Honors card holder, I was outraged on principle, and have not come across this before. |

sicuramente la posizione e' ottima. la camera molto piccola la mancanza di una hall, e il continuo passaggio di giovani [perche' c'e un locale apero al pubblico con musica. |

Ein wunderbar zentral gelegenes Hotel, von dem man fast alles zu Fuß erledigen kann. Die De-Luxe Zimmer sind groß und geräumig, ebenso das Bad. Für Londoner Verhältnisse wirklich hervorragend. |
