Very nice boutique hotel, the roof top bar looki g over Trafalgar Square makes it worth while alone. Standard rooms are a bit pokey |

From check in to check out everyone was exceptionally helpful. The staff went out of their way for us numerous times and I felt their hospitality was genuine. The location was perfect also. We booked the breakfast inclusive which was a bonus. It was listed as a continental breakfast but it was so much more than that. The bath tub sat in a containment unit of sorts and the drainage system that took in the overflow of water often ended up all over the floor when you took a shower. This was due to the water pressure being strong so I guess I shouldnt really be complaining. |

Quiet room, well furnished, tasteful. Pleasant staff, contemporary hotel. Great location. Yes. The compulsory (and unadvertised!) tip and service charge applied to my bill when I bought two beers. The surprise of finding that the bowl of (I had thought) complementary nuts cost £4! Extremely poor management decision, as penny-pinching like this is exactly what this hotel is not about. As a Hilton Honors card holder, I was outraged on principle, and have not come across this before. |

The location was second to none, you can walk to almost every main attraction within ten minutes. The bar in the hotel would not accept cash for drinks, this was awkward as we only had cash on us at the time. |

Nice big room with modern fittings and bathroom Reception / Bar area altogether, bar is full on with DJ etc, which can be a bit disconcerting when checking in. No public areas to chill in evening. |

Esta bien comunicado (es centrico). Es tranquilo (al menos las habitaciones que dan al British Research Council (quizas las que dan a Trafalgar Square sean ruidosas). La relacion calidad/precio es buena o correcta, teniendo en cuenta que se trataba de una oferta y de que los precios de los hoteles en Inglaterra son relativamente altos (como muchos otros productos y servicios). La cama es excelente Cuesta de encontrar el Hotel la primera vez, porque no aparece el nombre Hilton, o al menos el simbolo H, al lado de la indicacion The Trafalgar (de medidas minimas). Ni el numero 2 de la calle. Para mi, a partir de ahora, ya no es necesario que lo indiquen. Me limito a exponer el detalle por su propio bien. |
