Exclusive room was not different from a regular. I used to have exclusive rooms facing front but this time somehow was facing the back side. Room was as large as regular. Very very very disappointed.

Fantastic location for the short London break we were on. Perfect access for the underground and an extensive number of sight seeing venues. Size and quality of room we had was the best we have had in London for this price

I liked the location, which was walkable to almost all the key sites, shopping and theatre. I also liked the design of the rooms, which was modern yet comfortable.

I didn't like the dimly-lit lift and corridors with its pounding music. I didn't enjoy entering a lobby that was more like a club, again with dim lights and loud music. I preferred coming back to a cosy environment after the hurriedness of London streets. Thankfully, the rooms were an oasis.

I did not like the shower and bath as the shower leaked everywhere and all the grouting around the tiles was in very poor condition.

The location

Had booked a meal in the Rockwell Restaurant, not informed it was no longer a restaurant! On our return to our room at 2.30pm on our second day the bed had not been made and the towels had not been replaced, had to phone the housekeeper to organise. Room very clean but not quite as deluxe as expected

It's location is perfect to access all the sights, particularly Buckingham Palace, Trafalgar Square, The South Bank, Leicester Square and Covent Garden. Swift service of the staff when we requested more tea and milk in our room.

Walls very thin, we could hear the person coughing and sneezing very clearly in the next room. Disappointed that the roof top bar was not open, the hotels sign said it was due to poor weather.

The location was perfect. The staff were really great. The breakfast you had so much to choose from. We did up grade to second floor open the cutains and my god what a view.

The coffee and tea was cold

Breakfast was outstanding in service, quality and assortment. Room to the back was large and quiet. Very good location.

Check-in was unprofessional and room was not ready upon arrival after 1500h. Blue strange light in hallway.

Hotel in a great location. Staff were friendly and welcoming. Lovely large and comfortable bed.

Room not ready at check in time due to a late check out. When it was ready we were told that our baggage was in the room, but it wasn't, although did arrive within 10 minutes. Corridor on 5th floor very dimly lit.
