The Trafalgar Hilton  

I previously stayed in this Hotel and had problems - the management were more than helpful in sorting these out and compensating for this.

The price of the drinks in the bar are disgusting!

Design and look of the hotel is amazing the staff are brilliant food was lovely Highly recommend hotel!!

The room was a great size and well equipped. Location was fantastic . A bit pricier than some other hotels.

Bathroom was a bit tired. Shower wasn't the best.

So close to all the sights, theatres and restaurants. Despite the central location hotel was very quiet. Excellent breakfast and we made good use of gym.

Could you offer a service to people travelling in to see a matinee show at the theatre where they could drop their bags in when they arrive in London. We arrived in London at 12 but then had to carry our overnight bag around London and take it into the theatre because your check in was 3pm. I did e mail the enquiries at the hotel but never got an answer about whether we coul leave our bag earlier. That is the only small drawback we had.

The location is great for sightseeing in London, shopping and theatres.

On checking into the hotel I was asked my name.Then I was asked when I booked, recently or not, my answer was pre-paid several months ago. I was then asked did I have the correct hotel. I said yes and that I had received an e-mail from the hotel only that week to confirm. I was then told there was no room booked in my name.I Didn't have my reservation number to hand but I have rarely had that to hand before. The staff at reception could offer no help and basically that was that. I asked if I could use their internet to get the reservation number from my e-mails which I had to do. When I give them my number which he found on the system within seconds tha excuse was my name was under m for mr? The receptionist then went into a folder and produced an a4 sheet of paper with all my details on which I was required to confirm. My questions being why didn't he look for the hard copy at first when he couldn't find my name on the system and what would have happened if I couldn't find my reservation number? No room I guess!

the room was a good size, the bathroom also was large with separate shower cubicle, breakfast good variety andservice.overall was enjoyable stay and compared well to other Hilton hotels we have stayed in. was disappointed that could not use upper Rockwell bar as there was a private function and had to use restuarant downstairs for evening drink. main advantage of this hotel is the unbeatable location right on trafalgar square.

Breakfast restaurant too small

The hotel is very well located to the places we wished to visit. The staff were welcoming. We found the informal style of this hotel fitted with our needs. Breakfast and its presentation were excellent, even during a very busy period.

Internet connection was expensive and clumsy. At this level of hotel wireless connection should be provided as part of the service as it was at every other place we stayed during our 5 weeks in the UK.

Personnel attentif.

Service repas bar trop long : moyenne 1/4 à 1/2 heure pour avoir un plat. Système de prise d'empreinte carte bancaire à l'accueil imprécis pouvant déclencher une surfacturation de VATde 30£/jour.

Camera scadente rispetto al prezzo, personale scortese

Des voisins très bruyants (télé allumée toute la nuit et volume très fort malgré l intervention du personnel de l hôtel à 3h du matin !) nous ont empêche de dormir ! Résultat une nuit fatiguante, très décevant.
