The staff are polite, extremely helpful and always make you feel welcome, nothing is too much trouble. The hotel is very central and a few minutes walk from the town and seafront.

The room was a little small for a couple.

Nothing, everything was fantastic

The staff where very helpful and friendly. The rooms were cleaned on a daily basis and fresh towels were left every day. The hotel was child friendly with a great games room for the children.

It was a cracking hotel very clean & great breakfast ! Staff were awesome & made us feel really welcome particularly putting of time with the kids! Definitely go back!

The staff John and Robbie were awesome. Robbie was waiting outside for us on a freezin evening and carried our bags to our room whilst John booked us in and made us feel welcome, wanted and comfortable. What a really lovely welcome. Our room (16) was really clean, warm and modern (flat screen tvs). The hospitality was wonderful and the bar lady was friendly and was always happy to help even with our toddler daughter being extremely inquisitive. Robbie cooked a tasty full english breakfast that was scrumptious and probably one of the best we'd ever had. From fresh toast to hot plates it could'nt be faulted. Well done guys we will definitely be returning. A true home from home.

Having to go home

Great friendly staff, couldn't do enough to help you enjoy your stay. Very clean rooms. Hotel is in great location, short walk to promenade,tower and bars.
