hotel well located . near with mail sub-line
room very small, hotel was at the back of metro station. I had a room at the back of hotel ( it was not very nice to see the metro station from the room )
Clean and very comfortable.
Very noisy air conditioning off and on all night.
Good Location for Olympia or Earl's Court Close to tube Quick Check in Staff friendly
Rooms very very small Breakfast very very basic Croissants but stale! Need more choice with continental b'fast
The location is great.
The room is small, no space to open up luggages. no heater in the room. The drainage in the washing basin was not working well. We complained but no action done thru out the 4 days we were there.
Located very near to Earls Court Station. Friendly staff especially in breakfast room.
Slightly narrow walk way for big luggage to get to the room.
Near to train station
Good welcome, all facilities very clean and tidy. Good value, beverages in room and continental breakfast included. Close to tube. Walking distance Earls Court and some museums. Would definitely stay again
location was quite good for where we were working
parking terrible, took us an hour to park when we arrived!
Great location so easy to find, very nice, friendly, helpful staff lovely comfortable bed and powerful shower was lovely too.was great value for money too
The breakfast was mostly cold foods such as ham cheese yogurt and pastries the only hot food was toast then tea or coffee but it was included in the price and sufficed but we would have liked an English fry!
Bathroom very small like in a bathroom of a plane !
Good location, very close to main Tube station with three lines.
Very very small bedroom and bathroom.
Very small toilet. Very small room. Breakfast room too small, we needed to wait to get a table for us. Poor breakfast options.
Breakfast was basic...but adequate. Room was small...but comfortable. Bathroom was tiny, but the shower worked well....if you want more, pay more!
The location. Nice staff. Breakfast was ok. Good tourist info in lobby.
The bathroom was tiny. The breakfast was only open until 9 a.m. on a Saturday morning. The hotel was very expensive for what we got. Wall to wall carpets.
After refurbishment the hotel has improved. My room appeared bigger than the one i got last year, though still the size of the rooms is the main problem in the hotel. Nice service. Good wifi.
Still very tight for a normal size person but this is the problem with practically all the hotels in earls court. Breakfast on the skimpy side. The size and weight of the "pear shaped thing" attached to the room key does not stop to amaze me - it could be used as a leathal weapon or to brak the thin walls of the tiny rooms.
Location was ideal
Overpriced for what is being offered. You can easily find better hotels for less in London. Room is quite run down. Peeling paint and beaten up furniture. Toilet is the size of a phone booth. No hot water available for showering at night even after calling reception 4x for an hour. Never again!
Four poster room was great and breakfast delicious.
Location. It Really is a 5 minute walk from tube. The Rooms were clean. Price. Good rate for location & standard
Shower room tiny (a pod, like on a ferry) Continental breakfast, - not cooked.
Centraly located. Staff very helpful and pleasant. Breakfast although small was adequate, Price comprable for the area.
Tiny rooms. Bathroom even smaller. Wi-Fi practically non existent. Very low signal.
Small, but cosy room. Very clean Nice breakfast room with friendly staff Quiet neighborhood, no problem coming back to the hotel late at night, alone Stayed for a week - enjoyed every moment
Just a few minutes walk to the Tube.
Service and breakfast are not so good. We have asked for soap at least 3 times but never get it, so we stayed 7 nights with 1 small soap bar. Breakfast is exactly the same everyday.
The hotel is small but mighty as a result of its location. However, I found the entire tight though with a touch of its own class. The double room was like a single one. It is centered & neat.
The breakfast was not inviting & plain.
I must have stayed here 30 to 40 times and it's not the best hotel ... It better then that it great!! Place to stay. Ok the singles rooms are not big but just right. Also There let your check in early 11am some times if the room are ready Unlike some that make you wait to 3pm. Enjoye
Well there could do a loyalty card,
Well now where do I start? I have stopping in this hotel 4 or 5 times a month over the last few years it's so much better then you think? Has Airco that works great , and it also heats the room in winter Staff are very frendy and breakfast is amazing Now I hope I still get a room after writing this. As sometimes I miss out as it's always full most of the time
Nothing it perfect for me
