Well located for London’s West End, this Townhouse hotel is close to Earl's Court and a 2-minute walk from the Tube.

Warm and clean hotel
It more practical hotel, near to underground station, cleanliness, value for money, helpful staff and free Internet with good signals even in rooms . Actually it is good hotel for single but not for family with children
Small bathroom and poor breakfast
Small room but it is what we paid for. Excellent location, the room was clean. Perfect hotel for few nights in London.
receptionist is the best in london..he is so polite and helpful:he gave me a lovely quiet room as well
the bathroom is really small
Clean and tidy room. Quiet area and friendly staff. Excellent location right near tube station and local shops and pubs.
The only thing they could improve is the breakfast. It's just toast, cheese and ham or cereal.
We were just around the corner from Earl's Court. Plus lots of places to eat up the block and a post office. Bustling with activity. Excellent food within 1-3 blocks. Loved the wifi at the hotel.
Bathroom is tiny. Like being on a ship. But usable.
Bed was good, and shower
Wifi was going up and down, and breakfast was very simple, just toast and ham/cheese
It's very well located and the rooms were very clean.
The continental breakfast was very basic, sprung mattresses were not comfortable at all and the air conditioning system didn't work !!
Excellent location for the tube. Comfortable beds. Staff more than happy to help. Changed our room after one day for bigger bathroom. Breakfast was lovely- pastries, ham and cheese toasties, orange juice and tea or coffee and cereals! If your looking for a comfortable and affordable place to sleep if your going to a west end show or a concert or even a weekend in london. This place is perfect for you. The tube is less than a 2 minute walk away and there is plenty of places to eat or drink nearby. There is even a co-op just on the main street!
The only problem we had is i had rang ahead and asked for a larger bathroom room which the hotel confirmed. On arrival we had the smaller of the two bathrooms and for a family room it was a bit of a joke. We were told we could move the next day to a bigger bathroom. The day came and we had to go and ask about it. We were then told we wouldnt be able to move until 4pm. We were going to be out all day. In the end we moved our luggage over around 5pm when we arrived back at the hotel. It was just a bit of a kerfuffle on a tight schedule due to poor organisation. Apart from that brilliant hotel.
The only positive thing was the convenient location
The staff at breakfast was extremely rude! I don't see why a good price has to imply rudeness!
close to the tube on quiet street . Great value and pleasant breakfast. Staff friendly and very helpful.
The staff was not bad
the room include the bathroom
WIFI did not work in my room/ WIFI no funcionaba en mi habitacion
Friendly staff, location a winner - close Earls Court. Breakfast staff were amazing.
The room was clean and the location was very easy to find. The hotel is situated only a few minutes walk from Earls Court underground station which is nice.
The staff was very rude. The lower ground floor smells horrible. The heating was not working and I had to change room however this was made difficult due to the staff.
All staff, in the reception and the breakfast room, are friendly.
The size of the room is smaller than expected.
Just 3 mins walk from Earl's Court station. Staffs are efficient. The room was small but clean enough.
The walls are a bit too thin. Facilities are quite old.
1. Cleanliness was fantastic - bravo fot the cleaners 2. Staff was amazing, very helpful, they let me change a room for a warmer one without any questions 3. Women serving breakfast were vey polite and pleasing
1. I spent the first night in the room on the ground floor with leaky windows. 2. Extremelly small, tiny and miniscule bathrooms.
Location and clean room.
Breakfast isn't great...could do with some fresh fruit and eggs.
Near a tube station Staff Ok Breakfast simple, good enough to start the day
Beds very narrow Very small rooms, no desk or place for luggage TV with no inte'l nor sport channels (no soccer on TV in London!?)
Bed comfortable. Handy for earls court tube
Room was minute particularly for 2 ppl and quite shabby. Needs a refurb. Bathroom was like a mini camper can bathroom and if you are on the slightly large side you just wouldn't fit in. Breakfast was cheap and could have been easily improved with no extra expense. Only worth £30 a night. Felt like a cheap hostel room
Very good location and the staff were very nice.
Breakfast was same for everyday. I stayed 6 nights here, so I'm really bored. There is not much food you can choose.
Nice staff, breakfast was very, very basic, but included in decent price. Reasonable price for location
Small room, and I mean very small. Long and extremely narrow and a poor cat would be badly hurt being swung in the tiny bathroom.
Poor wifi, break fast not so good.
Location + many shops + restaurants + hala shopes + too close from tube ( Earl' court)
Bad connection the internet + no variety breakfest
