I cannot fault the staff for their friendliness and profesionalism. I was most impressed by the fact that we were offered the loan of an umbrella as it had been raining and was likely to do so later, one morning as we were going out for the day. Our room was impeccable and fresh towels available every day...something that you don't always get in bigger hotels unless you request it. All in all, it was a very pleasant stay and I would stay here again....and hope for better weather !!! Well done to the team at Trevross, we both enjoyed our stay very much !

The trevross is in a perfect location, it's right near the sea front and the shops, not even a 1 minute walk to both. Saying that it's tucked perfectly out the way and we didn't hear any noise from our room. Really helpful staff and lots of tea, coffee, hot chocolate etc which was lovely :) The hotel was so nice we extended our stay an extra night and kept the same room We stayed with a child under 2 years, had a lovely sized room but our room was quite high up so was a bit of a mission up & down the stairs. Saying that it wasn't such a problem as we didn't hear any noise from our room and it wudnt put me off staying again.

Cheap Broken bed, naked drunk man in shower which caused alarms to go off at 6am, men smoking outside on step, people coming in at 3am shouting, people leaving at 5am, stomping around noisily. Complained to owner and was told, you won't get a double room this cheap anywhere!

Welcolming on arrival, friendly and polite. Hotel was clean and quiet. Rooms were lite up from hall lights and other rooms lights . The shower took a long time to heat up and went cold quickly. Towels are very small and the heater in the room did not have much effect as the room was still cold.

The rooms and staff Noise, there was group of young men occupying the upper floor, and the noise made in the early hours was unacceptable. I was surprised a member of staff did not intervene as the whole hotel must have been inconvienienced by their drunken antics.

Location is very close to beach and free parking. Staff very friendly Very old fashioned room, peeling wall paper carpets could do with a clean, hard lumpy bed but clean. Just very outdated

Breakfast is in a nice little family run cafe. If booking I'd recommend requesting the back of the hotel. Arguing from the family opposite go on late into the night add that to the noise of the moped one of them owns zipping up an down the street like an angry bee in a tin can. Makes sleeping difficult
