My room was quite tiny, and the bathroom minute, which wasn't too much of an issue considering I didn't spend a lot of time in the room, but I thought it a bit overpriced for what it was and where it was.

A delightful, small b&b where the owners are very much around and incredibly welcoming and helpful. The location slap bang in Market Wednesday is ideal for walking around Beverley and just a stones's throw from the Minster. The room was comfy and clean; the cooked breakfast delicious; the wi-fi speedy and free - a real boon! Though perhaps a little on the pricey side, compared with similar small hotels I've stayed in, I thoroughly enjoyed my stay - and would do so again.

They gave us the friendliest welcome of anywhere we have stayed in the world - I really mean that. They bent over backwards to help us in every way.

The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. Everything in the room worked and the bed was comfortable. We were in a room at the back and it was very quiet. Breakfast was excellent.

Its not a dislike exactly but I did think the staircase and hallway areas were a bit dark and dingy and smelled of the kitchens. It wouldn't put me off staying there again but a coat of paint and some ventilation would create a better impression

The owners were friendly and welcoming, the room was clean and comfortable, the breakfasts were good and the hotel is very centrally and conveniently located.

The Management team were extremely helpful and friendly. We had a great stay the room was stunning and clean. The English Breakfast was excellent. I would highly recogmend this lovely little hotel in super surroundings.

Generally happy with room but some minor complaints. Lampshade missing from bedside light. Towel rail not fixed propery. No tea/coffee just milk & sugar. No hooks on doors. Some of the main TV channels not available

The staff were very friendly and obliging. Central for most activities and would like to stay longeer next time.

Car parking could have been difficult, but we were fortunate to be able to park in the street behind the hotel.
