Everything was perfect
Accommodation presentation, style, cleanliness, spaciousness and reasonably up to date with everything you could need like wifi and TV. Staff very pleasant and helpful
Very uncomfortable bed (like sleeping on a Futon. Great if you like feeling the slats). Noise from machinery that cut in and out all night (twin room at western end of hotel on 3rd floor)
traditional, still fresh, lovely food, nice rooms, great service, helpful staff
We recently stayed here on our way to Pembrokeshire. We were greeted warmly and the staff couldn't do enough to help us as we were travelling with our little girl. Food was reasonably priced and arrived promptly and warm.
We were informed on arrival there would be live music, although we could hear it in our room it's stopped around 10.45 pm which was fine. Only shame we didn't get to see it due to staying in looking after our little one.
Breakfast is included Sports on screens Decent food and beer Friendly staff Better than a travel lodge Close to M4
Staff were very friendly and food was delicious. Would definitely stay again
Shower was not very good
the staff were really friendly. The food was nicely cooked and reasonably priced.
Very quiet. Very friendly staff. Very clean/well presented. Spacious room/bathroom.
Shower water pressure too low.
location; great for hill running, close to M4
Big room for the price Very friendly staff Great beer
A little restrictive on the main entrance opening times
Rooms were comfortable and clean. Food was nice and reasonably priced. Breakfast was good, and included within the price despite the booking suggesting otherwise.
The act that were performing that evening in the bar were poor.
Room and En-Suite good, beds good and room clean. Traffic noise in mornings loud but slept through OK most nights. Breakfasts very good, evening meals quality variable. Good entertainment evenings, overall excellant stay, thankyou.
As guests we felt that 2 for one for meals should have been available after 5 o-clock on friday evenings and bottles of water for tea/coffee not provided for last evening.
Staff were friendly Food was okay
* Décor needs some serious updating. * Was told on check-in, that the alarm goes on at midnight till 07:30 and you are not allowed downstairs as it will set it off. If you set it off and its a false alarm "you will be charged for the emergency service response" UNBELIEVABLE....! * Shower was freezing cold, tried turning it up to maximum heat but still the same. Tried hot water tap in the sink and it was scalding hot! Had to have a complete body wash from the sink which is certainly not ideal. For these reasons, I would not recommend or use this place again.
Nothing! It's been about eight years since I slept overnight in Port Talbot.
Locked out of room at 6am key card would not work..no body about till 7.30. Got a sorry about that. Missed breakfast and late for a meeting.
Friendly reception by staff who checked us in early. Very helpful and couldnt do enough to make our stay comfortable. We booked a family room and were very pleased with the size and comfort of amenities. Very spacious bathroom with separate bath and shower. Would strongly recommend this hotel
rooms were comfortable, clean and appreciate the isolation no noise during the night
Large car park. Good breakfast with exceptional staff who went the extra mile. Very clean overall. Friendly and helpful.
I was nervous that noise would disturb sleep, but rooms upstairs were well isolated from noise ( trivia games on the chosen Sunday night) downstairs.
The location. it was just 20 minutes from where I wished to go. Parking no problem. friendly atmosphere. Breakfast very good.
convient for work
areas around building not clean especially by smokers areas
Brains Pub is normally a safe bet for INN.
Terribly disappointed. Room very hot with no fan, food and service mediocre. Would never book again.
Large car park
The food was not very good and room was very dated, also kitchen extractor fan was left running all night which was very noisy, wifi signal was terrible
Convenient for Swansea can eat in the pub restaurant.
Rooms very nice but rubbish internal water supply meaning en suite toilet took 2 hours to fill and shower pressure non existent. On inquiry landlord not at all interested in sorting it out.
