Friendly attentive staff, good sized room with comfy bed and some rather nice shortbread biscuits with tea and coffee.Good breakfast cooked to order. Room cold on arrival but staff member came immediately to demonstrate heater which worked quickly and was completely adequate. Hot water in basin rather a thin trickle although shower more than adequate.

Absolutely loved staying here with its proximity to the Cam and Byron's Pool walking track as well as easy bus access to Cambridge. The staff were super sweet and helpful, breakfast generous and the original buildings of the pub enchanting NOT luxurious but a nice change from tiny London hotel rooms!

Room was spacious. Parking was convenient and included in cost. Breakfast was very good. Twin beds, one of which was lumpy and past its best. Shower was a trickle.

Good cooked breakfast. Car parking and easy access to Addenbrooke's Hospital. Wrongly informed by booking.com website to put The Unicorn onto the satnav which took us to a boarded up pub of the same name which had been closed-up for more than a year.

Location for my business meeting Rooms are in a block away from the main building, room was very cold, with no instructions how to operate the aircon' unit, very sparse room/decor. Evening meal was all made from frozen food, also made to pay for room on arrival, felt as if I wasn't trusted!! Should be charging circa £40 per night, not £65...........

Nice spacious rooms, very clean and mordern, my only critisism would be the rock hard towels and the lack of a bigger towel that you could wrap around yourself - breakfast was lovely and the staff helpful, cheerful and friendly - have family close by so will be definitly staying again :)) Hard towels!
