The Vale Of Belvoir Inn & Hotel  

We were greeted with down-to-earth and courteous friendly staff. This is an honest working hotel with well maintained rooms and decor. The restaurant/bar area is both comfortable and spacious. The evening meal was delicious, well presented and of good value, as was the breakfast which is included with the room price. The food was prepared and served promptly by polite and attentive staff.

This hotel is set in the countryside, the nearest bordering the village of Bingham being a mile or so down the A52.

Staff were absolutely brilliant. Gave me breakfast early. Fantastic shower and the most comfy hotel bed I have ever slept in.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was plentiful, nicely presented and tasty. The bedroom was clean, comfortable and warm. I would recommend for budget reasons and location if Belvoir Castle were the objective.

The premises are beginning to show their age, with small details such as tiles loose or falling away in the bathroom at skirting level. Really the bathroom needed a deep clean and snagging fixes.

The room was clean and comfortable the shower was hot

The hotel was in need of some t.l.c. We took our dog it stated on their own web site pets were free but they did try to charge me £10

Our room was freezing cold due to the heating had been turned off also the window was open. This being at 5pm with outside tempature at about 3degC

I had a choice of pillows, as requested and I was so comfortable I over slept!! But rather than miss breakfast they quickly made me a bacon sandwich to take away. Very kind and thoughtful. Thank you

location the taxi driver couldnt find it so i had to walk 3 miles along a main road and got picked up by the police.

Plenty of tea and coffee in the room. excellent breakfast with plenty of choice. very quite no noise from other guests. Staff very friendly and helpful.

Cheap and friendly enough

Tacky, tacky and tacky. The room was awful. One bed had completely collapsed without springs. Luckily I was just one person so I could use the other - definitely not the most comfortable.Still what can you expect from a £30 b&B...

The fact that it's further away from Nottingham than the website tells you... £26 for taxi to Nottingham.. £50 for taxi back @ 2am from same spot.. Be carefull. !!

The friendly atmosphere and helpful staff. The food was excellent and the breakfast fantastic, it really set us up for the day. The bar and restauat area were newly decorated and spotlessly clean. The sheets on the bed were spotless. Extra pillows, towels and milk was delivered when requested.

The bedrooms were very tired and in need of decorating. The bathroom basin was cracked and tiles hanging off the wall around the shower area. Not hygenic. There was no draw space in the bedroom, hairdryer had to be collected from reception (no phone in room) and only a tiny mirror on the wall nowhere near a socket.
