Nice hotel but not so busy. Enjoyed the stay but needed to leave early so left without checking out. Staff were pleasant and helpful. Had the full Irish for breakfast which was okay but couldn't eat this two days in a row. Overall a good hotel. Rooms were very clean and well presented.

I was impressed with the friendilness of staff. On arrival our room was not quite ready due to a plumber working at the shower, however we were assurred that the inconvenience would be over as soon as possible and we were given coffee while waiting.

Reasonable value and good location for this trip. Room was overlooking the main street and was very noisy with traffic, bit dated in decor, although to be fair they were undergoing a renovation. No Sky tv - so no rugby coverage!

Location was perfect for our needs. The staff were very friendly and our room was beautifully presented. The fry for breakfast was great. Very steap stairs and I don't think the lift was working. Also the appearance of the stairway was a bit dissappointing compared to the rest of the hotel.

I liked that the hotel was family run, staff were friendly, and helpful. The food was of an excellant standard, which a great choice to boot. Although on the main street, the rooms were very quiet with the windows shut.

Staff were fantastic, especially Lisa. We were made to feel at home and welcome and no issue was too much for the staff to sort. Evening meal and breakfast were also first class.

This was a one night stopover en route to a pipe band competition in Enniskillen. The Hotel is on the main arterial route to that location and within reach of a wide range of venues. The staff, accomodation and food were faultless and represented excellent value for money. A first class family run business. I would have no hesitation recommending this hotel to anyone. We actually called at the hotel on our return journey with some of our family to dine.

We have travelled extensively and I must say that this is one of the best hotels we have stayed in. The facilities and attention to detail were second to none and the staff were extremely helpful and people friendly. We would strongly recommend this hotel.

Friendly staff Wi-Fi only available in Reception Area. Mentioned at checkout. Since Wi-Fi is essential for my business, I would likely try a different hotel next time I'm in that area.

In the past the free Internet access has been useful, although I couldn't get it to work this time for some reason. It is located in a small town with the access to a few shops but small enough not to be noisy in the eveneings. The menu is a sort of a 'pub grub' type affair, with dishes with names such as 'surf 'n' turf' and 'Steak 'n' Chicken combo'. Lots of burgers and grills. When the food arrives it is well cooked and presented. Room service is very good, starters and main courses are brought seperately. Breakfast is cooked to order, plenty of freshly brewed tea or coffee. It is not an attractive hotel and has no grounds or outdoor area at all (other than a huge car park). The view from the windows is either the high street at the front (just buildings) or the roof of the large function room at the back - covered in big extractor fans and vents. Looks a bit like a factory. Sometimes the various pumps and fans can be a bit noisy. I can imagine that a large event in the function room might be disruptive to someone in a room above... but every time I have stayed there it has been mid week and very quiet. I did decide this last visit that it was possibly a bit too expensive. Single occupancy of the room was £85 and the food, although quite good, came in at over £25 for two courses. They charge extra for any sides, (chips, veg, etc) which bumps the price up. It was the most expensive of the six hotels I stayed in during this particular trip to Northern Ireland, both for food and the room. I'd say it was a bit overpriced for what is quite a modest hotel.

I found my stay at the Valley hotel to be most relaxing. I stayed in a well appointed room which was nicely decorated; my stay was a most comfortable stop on my journey, having had occasion to be in the area on business. The friendliness of the staff was most apparent to me, along with a positive, accommodating attitude that made the welcome warm. I commend the Valley Hotel on the high standard of service it provided, along with excellent value for money and would have no hesitation using it again.

The staff were helpful and cheerful. The food was good. As this time of the year had music playing late into the night, the people leaving the hotel were noisy into the early hours and up to 3am.
