Just 20 minutes from Enniskillen, this independently owned, modern, 3-star hotel offers award-winning cuisine, free Wi-Fi and newly refurbished, stylish rooms with triple glazing and flat-screen TVs.

The Valley Hotel has a convenient location, in the heart of the village of Fivemiletown village, just 20 minutes from Enniskillen’s town centre and 40 minutes on the A4 to the M1 motorway. The hotel is situated at the gateway to County Fermanagh, often referred to as Ireland's Lake District. Free parking is available for guests.

All of the luxury, boutique-style rooms have been recently refurbished. Each room is triple-glazed, for warmth and peace and quiet. All rooms have 30-inch flat-screen TVs, hairdryers and tea/coffee making facilities. A traditional cooked Irish breakfast is included in the price.

The hotel has 2 bars and an award-winning restaurant. It also holds a Welcome to Excellence Award from the Northern Ireland Tourist Board for the standard of its customer service.

With parts of the building dating back to 1685, the hotel has recently completed an extensive refurbishment programme and now incorporates contemporary comforts and 21st-century facilities.

Family-run, the hotel prides itself on offering friendly, efficient Northern Irish service, with quality food served all day.

The Valley Hotel has been awarded a 3-star classification by the AA.

The car park has 150 spaces and is ideal for all vehicles; access can be obtained from the main street, just before the hotel, on the left-hand side.

Food & beverage

Breakfast is served in the hotel’s Bordeaux Restaurant. Situated in the heart of the hotel, the restaurant is the oldest remaining part of the hotel, dating back over 300 years. The restaurant offers an intimate environment to relax and enjoy dishes from around the world. Flavour of Tyrone has awarded Bordeaux membership of its Good Food Circle, reflecting its emphasis on using the best quality fresh produce for which the region is renowned.

The restaurant is named after the famous wine region in France and prides itself on serving an excellent selection of fine wine to complement your meal.

Room service is also available.

The hotel has 2 bars. The elegant interior of Marbles Lounge is reserved for hotel guests and table bookings only. Spacious and cosy, the lounge is a comfortable spot for an informal business meeting, a morning coffee or an afternoon tea. Quiet and relaxing, the lounge has a century-old sandstone fireplace and a selection of the day’s papers.

Perfect for a good night out, Loco features a mixture of modern and classical architecture. Loco is a place where you can really enjoy the famous Irish Craic and is a popular meeting place at the weekend.

Area information

The Valley Hotel is located in the centre of the main street in Fivemiletown, County Tyrone, at the gateway to the Fermanagh Lakelands. The great location makes the hotel a wonderful base from which to explore all that the region has to offer, including tourist attractions such as Marble Arch Caves, Belleek Pottery and the award-winning Ulster American Folk Park, an open-air museum in Castletown. Golf, fishing walking, cycling and pony trekking are also all available locally

The hotel is only 1 hour from Belfast and is an ideal base for exploring the Sperrin Mountains, Donegal, and the famous attraction of the Giant's Causeway.

The hotel room itself couldn't have been better. New fittings, sparkling bathroom, flat screen tv in each room (we had a suite) and room service was so quick!
