The Victoria Hotel is an easy 5-minute walk into the town center, with its pretty shops, cafes and traditional pubs selling local ales and produce. Exeter is around 20 minutes’ drive away. The White Room restaurant offers customers a more informal dining experience. This nonsmoking hotel offers heated indoor and outdoor pools for guests to use. There is also a sauna, spa bath, full-size snooker table and games room. Please note that gentlemen are kindly requested to wear a jacket and tie in the dining room during evening dinner service.

Please note that the dress code in our Jubilee Restaurant is Jacket & Tie preferred (no ripped denim, sportswear, beachwear or trainers) during evening dinner service.
Phase one of our exciting Source Spa and Wellness refurbishment is complete and we no longer have a Snooker Room. The next phase, which will start mid-October, will see a complete transformation of our indoor pool area with a new spa bath, treatment rooms, sauna, steam room, gym and relaxation area.
The indoor pool and spa area will be closed from mid-October 2023 until completion, which is expected in spring 2024. However, rest assured final dates will be posted on our website and social media, and guests will be contacted prior to arrival.
Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
