Nice place to stay. Easy walk to center of city.

Rooms were spacious, clean, friendly and well equipped. The food was fantastic and the atmosphere relaxed.

Close to city center. Nice Room. Good breakfast. Friendly staff.

Bad Food. Poor service in restaurant. Tables in restaurant being sprayed with cleaning fluid whilst people were still eating at adjacent tables. Piped music in hotel!!!!!

The closeness to everything I needed. Very comfy beds. Food was excellent both dinner and breakfast.

Great location and good value when compared to other city centre hotels. Despite undergoing refurbishments the hotel was clean, comfortable and the staff friendly. They had a twin ensuite room on the ground floor close to the main entrance which was ideal for my elderly mother and parking was just a short walk through well tended gardens. Good, varied breakfast. Will definitely stay again especially for a theatre trip.

Carpets and bathroom fittings in the old part of the building were a little tired.

We were on the ground floor and the floorboards from the people above were extremely creaky and that was quite annoying !

Everything about out stay was delightful. We were very happy with the room, enjoyed dinner one night and breakfast two. We will certainly be back anytime we are in Canterbury.

Rooms nice and clean. Worth having the breakfast as well. Very well cooked. Also hotel just 10 minute walk to cathedral

It had a homely feel , a typical British b&b feel . Plenty of parking spaces and easy access to town.

Friendly, helpful staff. we were ill during our stay and they could not have been more helpful -especially providing pint glasses of ice for sore throats! Great parking, only a 7 minute walk into the city. Marvellous.

The staff were polite, professional and very helpful. The room was clean and tidy, the bed was very comfortable; breakfasts were very good and value for money, and the evening menu was varied and also value for money.

Bed a bit close to the Wardrobe making it difficult to open doors wide. The bathroom though small was more than adequate.

I could use my room already when arriving at 11 (check-in starts at 14). Lots of parking space. For the interested people; the hotel has its own pub and restaurant.

No Breakfast included. Room was not spacious as described. Room was not modern as described. Furniture needs replacement. Especially the bed which was not good for my back. Wifi signal was strong but Internet connectivity unstable. Most of the time nobody at the desk. Repairs (painting) going on during the day.

This hotel is so easy to access, we have always been able to park onsite free. It is comfortable, friendly, clean and the food is good. We can walk by footpath straight into Canterbury for shopping, as a tourist or to eat. We can invite family and friends to meet us there for dinner. All makes for a very good stay.
