The ambience of the room..the confortable bed, and the delicious breakfast- ..it would have been usefull to know you have to insert your room card to power the lights -!! a little more discredtion regarding disclosing what celeb stars are staying -every guest should be entitled to stay without other guests knowing |

The staff were efficient and our room was spotless. We had to keep put money into the parking meter out front until the hotel took our car for the valet parking. |

The beds and decor were luxurious. Not ideal for a disabled person, no hand rails around toilet and room bit too small for moving around with wheelchair. Really needs looking at again in order to be more wheelchair friendly. |

The rooom was lovely and the staff very pleasant. Room smelled like an ex-smoking room. Time on clock was wrong - couldn't change it. Didn't have any instructions on how to pay for things taken from minibar. |

The hotel was wonderful and the room fantastic The downstairs bar shut at midnight, there was a function on in the bar upstairs and we could not get into this bar. The noise was rediculas and went on into the early hours of the morning. No parking and I had to get up at 7. |

Welcoming, friendly and professional staff. Beautiful room and bathroom. Nice restaurant with great value £12 meal and wine deal. Helpful car parking service. Lighting in hotel bathroom and corridor faulty and bathroom lighting not adequate for makeup application. Mini bar drinks, snacks and other gift items rather expensive. |

the comfortable beds and duvets - you literally sank into the bed, it was all exceptionally clean. The only tea available was herbal teas as opposed to general teabags |

The fit out in the room is fantastic. The hotel had booked the room in the name of the person who booked it and not the guest. Therefore there could have been a charge to the wrong person for a no show. |

Good food, friendly staff who were extremely attentive and helpful, very comfortable. Coffee machine in bedrooms a disaster. Bath/shower not at all easy to use - would have been impossible (and maybe dangerous) for the less able. |
