Gute Lage für Shopping. Schöne Zimmer, sehr sauber. Gutes Frühstücksbuffet. Ein wunderschönes Haus, das trotz renovierter Zimmer immer noch das "alte ehrwürdige englische Hotel" ausstrahlt. Wundersachöner großer Saal, in dem auch das Frühstück eingenommen werden konnte. Wir waren wirklich angenehm überrascht über dieses Hotel !! Ja, die Dauenenkissen- und -decken. Das war aber überhaupt kein Problem. Die Wäsche wurde innerhalb kürzester Zeit gegen Allergikerbettwäsche ausgetauscht. |

zentrale Lage, mit Frühstück, Hoteleinrichtungen sehr schön (Frühstücksraum, Fitness), Hilton bietet Übernachtung für Kinder kostenlos mit an Personal teilweise unfreundlich, Zimmer teilweise im schlechten Zustand, bei uns funktionierte die Klimaanlage nicht, es hat im Zimmer nach Chlor gerochen und war sehr warm/heiß, Personal hätte sich das Zimmer vorher anschauen sollen, Zustellbett hat nicht reingepaßt, nach vielem hin und her haben wir einen kostenlosen upgrade bekommen. |

Das SPA sollte unbedingt renoviert werden, es war katastrophal! The SPA really needs some serious renovation, it was disgusting and not like a 5star should be. It seemed like everything is falling apart!!! |

es sollte renoviert werden, es entspricht nicht mehr einem 5 Sterne Hotel!. Spa gehört nicht zum Hotel und ist ein normales Fitness Studio - welches auch renoviert werden sollte - das beste waren die Betten! |

The staff were very helpful and we loved that there was a 'turn down' service and that we could leave our bags at the hotel before we could check in and they were put in our rooms for when we eventually checked in. The shower was also a delight to use! The prices of the items in the fridge were way over priced and we did not have breakfast due to the fact we would have paid a lot of money for only a buffet! |

I liked the atmosphere at the hotel, having stayed there years previously and I remembered it fondly. The location was a plus and I enjoy the history and sense of luxury associated with the Waldorf. Maye the rooms were a bit small but I realise that is evident of the age of the hotel. |

When you think of the Hilton, you think you are getting something special, this was not the case, room did not even have a bath! And shower leaked into the room. Don't bother staying here, save your money and go else where! |

We found the staff to be extremely helpful and pleasant at all times, the room was luxurious and we would certainly stay at this hotel in the future. We would highly recommend this hotel for couples travelling to the capital. |

Had a few issues with noise in rm 115 but quickly and efficntly sorted out by staff. Excellent breakfast in lovely room. lower floor rooms noisy because near function rooms - we had a function on friday evening and a wedding on saturday evening - we went out again on sat eve after havg arrived back at hotel to retire - it was that noisy |

the location is ideal for a short city stay. the beds were very comfortable. good choice and service at breakfast.helpful reception staff the wardrobe space for any stay longer than 1 night was inadequate. no large mirror next to plug for drying hair.. |

Great location and breakfast. The pool was closing very early, 17:30, during the weekend. They did not put shampoos, body lotions etc after we used what we found the first day. I hope with tis economy tha t they did, to gain many profits.... |
