The Waldorf Hilton    

Hotel non all'altezza dello standard hilton. Camera di circa 10 mq. Compreso piccolo bagno con un tubettino di shampo e bagnoschiuma per 2 persone. Televisione con un solo canale in italiano (cartoni animati) sono cliente di hilton da oltre 30 anni e non ho mai soggiornato peggio di qui. Internet a pagamento dopo aver pagato il tugurio oltre € 230 a notte. Alle ore 16 del giorno dopo l'arrivo non avevano ancora rifatto la camera. Sconsiglio a tutti il soggiorno in questo hotel di bassissima qualita'

It is a very attractive, very quiet hotel in the heart of the West End.

There was no luggage stand.

The location.

The expense. The breakfast was on par with a premier inn but the cleanliness certainly wasn't. Not impressed.

Location is good

Food was reasonable at best, staff were curt but unenthused and not overly polite. Accommodation was clean but expensive for what it was - bathroom was extremely outdated and bath needed replacing urgently.

we stayed in a Junior suite and had to ask for slippers and there were no face flannels - things we are used to having in a hotel without having to request.

We had a great time! Hotel is excellent, stuff are very friendly, fantastic restorant and bar. It is a best hotel in London.

The quietness

Superb room. Very comfortable and attractive decor. Staff very helpful. Speedy checkout great idea. Bar superb. Amazing central location, perfect for theatre trip and west end attractions.

general comfort ok and clean.

limited surpplies of tea milk in room one tea bag is not sufficient .Breakfast was very poor food quality and toaster very poor.

Service in executive area - very good. Loved room, apart from issue mentioned.

Issue surrounding refurbished room. No air conditioning controls put into room. In the end - we got staff just to turn air conditioning off.

Breakfast and dining room

Pokey room and I mean small. Not five star by any stretch. Reception staff cold and efficient. No shoe shine, no wardrobe space, dirty iron, dusty tables. Utterly disappointing and a shadow of this alleged worldwide marque

Location Polite and welcoming doorman. Nice atmosphere. Concierge helpful.

Three members of staff walking into our room without knocking. Wardrobe doors not closing properly meant wardrobe lights were on all day and night. Shower ran hot and cold.

I booked this hotel because it was next door to the Aldwych Theatre - it was my wife's 60th birthday and I treated her to tickets to the show "Top Hat". The hotel was superb, and we even had the pre-theatre dinner. All staff were so helpful and friendly - the room was clean, comfortable and well equipped.

Great location and breakfast. Comfortable bed.

Tiny window in room and 'drain smell' from bathroom. Bathroom was a bit tired too. Tried to change to a room with more light but were told only 'single occupancy' rooms were available.

First class accommodation and service. Perfect for theatres and business.

They forgot when making upthe room to replace tea/coffee/shampoo etc. so just a little disappointing. They are not perfect.

No room service as room was not cleaned on Saturday. Power cut In room made us miss dinner reservation prior to theatre No compansation was offered or apologies given. Breakfast on day 2 was far inferior in quality and service to dAy 1

The bed was very luxurious and comfortable and the breakfasts were also very good.

I don`t think the room was quite as expected, the furniture is quite old and scratched, not very well dusted. Not really value for the money.

Staff excellent

Stayed in room 733 with my adult daughter.- ok room but air con makes rattle/vibrate noise every 10 mins or so making it impossible to sleep with it on , therefore too hot . Breakfast tea not replenished though the maid could tell we had used the pot etc Maintenance started hammering at 8.40 second morning. inadequate clothes storage for more than the odd night

The room not very clean . The sink blocked with dirt backing up . .Not fixed immediately . after two complains no compensation offered

Very comfortable quiet room good bathroom with walk in shower.

Room could have been bigger in view of the big bed.

Room very small.no shampoo.no bath bubbles..toilet had 2 be flushed 4 times 2 work..no tea bags had 2 buy my own..shower was cold..and bar was a total rip off 28 pounds 4 a vodka n coke and a cocktail..
