The staff went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable ideal location away from all the hustle
brilliant staff and fabulous breakfast
I had a feeling we were going to enjoy ourselves as soon as we walked i The Waldorf. Tom met us at the door and immediately felt at home. We then met Steve who was also really pleasant. We loved the room with a separate bedroom with TV and DVD for our grandchildren. The sea view was lovely. The breakfast was a feast cereals, yoghurts, fruit etc. The cooked breakfast was excellent. There was also a continental breakfast with a chocolate cake as big as our granddaughters face. Nothing was too much trouble for our hosts. We will definitely return. Thanks to Tom, Steve and their brilliant staff. Sorry about the Rice Krispies !
hotel was fab staff were amazing very friendly funny and went out there way to accomadate us with anything we needed staff were also amazing with kids which I find important defenetly stay again highly recommend.
Friendly and helpful staff.
The showers (cold) and not much space for family to move around in room.
The staff were great especially with our 5 year old granddaughter. They went out of there way to help with places to visit etc.
The breakfast was excellent with lots of choice the staff very friendly and helpful Easy access with tram
mattress a bit lumpy
location to the pleasure beach great breakfast friendly staff
The staff, you couldn't ask for better staff very helpful and friendly really made our stay easy with two young grand-children. So much so that we would go back again with them
The room was to small for a family room and could do with being bigger with a seating area for little ones to sit and play The bathroom very small and not big enough to bath small children in. On saying this would use again for the staff are very family friendly and you can just manage for a short stay.
I loved everything about the waldorf. The rooms the staff were fantastic. We are definately staying there again. I would recommend it to everybody. In fact i already have !!!!! Thank you steve and tom for helping our holiday be just perfect xx
Very friendly staff.. very welcoming and could not do enough to help.. not the most luxurious of hotels but it does what is required.. great location..
The only slight negative is the hotel feels very dated and could do with a lick of paint.. however they are in the middle of redecorating..
Staff were friendly and helpful top mark for the staff who i think are the owners the room was clean and smelt lovely id definitely recommend :)
Just that the heating was on at night and it got really really hot in the room even with window open but other than that its perfect place to stay
Staff where nice and friendly chatty and welcoming will be staying at this hotel again when me and my partner are back down at Blackpool. Hotel was clean and location was great right next to the pleasure beach. Room was clean and tidy. Couldn't have asked for a better hotel or staff they where amazing people. Hopefully be back next year! Nicole and Josh
The atmosphere at the Waldorf was one to which you would like to find everywhere.
All was fine
everthing was lovely, the staff were friendly, helpful & very accomodating, my daughter loved it & we will be stayin there again
Props: Tom and Steve cannot do enough for you. Nothing was too much trouble and our two young grandchildren were made to feel very much at home especially at breakfast. The breakfast was not good !! It was very, very Good !!!!
Having to leave !!!
The hotel was clean and tidy, the staff were very friendly and helpful and the breakfast was fantastic, very close to the pleasure beach and water park. Goog value for money
if i am being picky the hotel could do with a refurbishment and the twin room was a little small but had a good sea view, one small issue was the nosie from the family next door, but this is not the staffs fault just thin walls
Close to Pleasure Beach. Very Clean Little details - decent shower gel in bathroom Friendly Staff. Decent Breakfast Bar Prices OK good with children Able to park outside without paying meter.
Rock Hard double Bed. Lost feeling in my hip it was so hard. Derelict properties either side - room looked onto one that had half it's roof missing Dingy Bar area. Dated décor and in our case lots of damp marks on ceiling in bay window.
The staff Tom and the two Steve's were brilliant nothing is to much trouble and gave great advice on where to go.Thanks lads S & J
Bit dated but didn't detract from a reat break.
Staff were very helpful and friendly Location great for pleasure beach and access to prom Breakfasts were brilliant Bar area/lounge nice to sit in
Could do with a bit of a spruce up but other than that was great
the location was good for access to the motorway and pleasure beach. The staff were very helpful when we arrived and during our stay
the rooms were ok but that was it, windows didn't fit or work properly, large gaps under doors and walls were paper thin. Kettle etc but no mugs! toilet didn't work either. could be really nice if money was spent on the property but surrounding area is very run down
Hotel was very clean and the staff couldn't have been more friendly or helpful. The place is a little tired but we enjoyed our stay.
Found everything acceptable.
The staff and the area was very Quite and tram stop very close to the hotel, only one tram stop away from the Pleaser Beach and 3 stops away from the Pier.
There are a lot of unloved empty Hotels around this area this is not the hotels fault but a very bad image on this part of Town and Blackpool Council really needs to do something about this!!!! We found tv Adverts while in Blackpool advertising Blackpool!! If you are in Blackpool you are already aware of what it offers They really need to advertise to the rest of the country. I am in Perthshire Scotland and have never seen any tv adverts broadcast in Scotland!! Mover Adverting = Less Unloved Empty Hotels Shops on the sea front Need to be checked as the sell everything from the good old Rock to Weed Grinders really don't think this is what Blackpool should be prompting to a Family Orientated Holiday Destination.
The owners were helpful and polite. The location was close to pleasure beach and water park. The breakfast was really good.
No draft at the bar but the cans were reasonably priced.
Sickening stench in the hallway, very depressing place , dirty carpet , wooden floor unsecure under carpet , ugly over look rooms , mould in the shower .I have no idea why people do not notice that.Based on the reviews I chose this place . And it was one big mistake that I do not wish anyone
