Ideally placed Hotel in centre of Warwick 2 mins walk to Warwick castle. Staff were very friendly and helpful arranging visit to the famous castle. The breakfast was first class with attentive service.

Can be difficult to park if hotel is full. My wife like a bath and our room only had a shower.

Staff friendly, and helpful. Location for warwick castle could not be any better. First class breakfast.

The room we had was small and cramped, this was especially true of the bathroom

Great value - especially the breakfast Location

Street noise - opt for a room at the back of the hotel rather than overlooking the street

Lovely hotel, staff were very friendly and helpful and hotel was beautiful, quirky and we would definitely stay again.

Car parking not easy! But that goes for the whole of the Main Street in Warwick.

Excellent welcome, experienced hassle with the car park but Emma sorted it in a very friendly and professional manner. Emma is a credit to the hotel. Breakfast staff were also very friendly and efficient. Bedroom was well appointed and very clean.

Bathroom was very compact hence towels on the bed but sufficient for one night.

Ideally situated for all Warwick attractions. Friendly staff. Old hotel but nicely refurbished. Small car park which could be a problem if hotel very busy. Wi-Fi excellent

Breakfast only till 9 and service a little slow. Smoked haddock very bland but all other options ok

I would recommend the hotel with some reservation. The breakfast was good. The location is excellent. Double room was reasonable but the floors are so noise that one person walking in the room would wake up the person sleeping.

The twin rooms are extremely small - just space for two little single beds - and very hot. One could not leave the windows open because the street was too noise. The smallest bathroom I have ever seen was in a diagonal format and there was no place at all for hanging towels. Rooms on second floor not recommend for the elderly.

    Location was good

Room was looking tired, wallpaper coming off the wall and coating to bath come way leaving a rusty patch. Beds hard In the family room their is very little space around the bed to move without knocking into something. No spare pillows each bed only had 1 for each person I wouldn't recommend this as I was dissapointed to find we had to walk 5 minutes with our bags etc from a car park in town which we had to pay for as hotel car park was full. Staff didn't ask us if we enjoyed our stay at any point

Location couldn't have been better for the castle and local shops. Character of the building made a great atmosphere. Friendly staff. Nice room.

Sign post for car park required.
