We were staying overnight in Warwick, because we had been invited to a wedding at the Castle. The hotel was ideally situated in the respect that the Castle was only about 200 m away, making it easily accessible on foot. There was limited, parking, offered on a first-come first-served basis. Because we mentioned disability when booking the staff kindly reserved a space for us. This agreeable desire to help was typical of all the persons working there. The "Full English Breakfast" was a full English breakfast, freshly cooked but probably bettered by the smoked haddock and poached eggs also on offer.
Whilst the twin beds were very comfortable, the bedroom itself was furnished austerely with with a shower room so small it was difficult to get into and a lavatory so cramped it was difficult to get on.
Staff. Cheerful, happy and helpful.
Room was little more than a cupboard, very small and cramped. En-suite was even worse!
Location is excellent.
Room was cold when the wind blew - windows need improving.
Location could not be better. Breakfast was OK
This was billed as a superior room. The room was small with a double bed, not king size. The bathroom window was jammed slightly open which made the room cold although an extra oil filled radiator was provided. To be truthful the full room just looked shabby, knocked together and cheap, with chipboard furnishings. The lights in the room had a mind of their own and kept going on and off during the night, which was slightly unnerving. We had a problem with the toilet which when flushed spilled over the bathroom floor and then so we were told leaked into the room below. We were asked if we would use the toilet in a different room along the corridor as it was late at night we accepted. We were offered a £18 reduction on the room after a bit of a haggle it went to £28 reduction. We apparently booked the room at a reduced rate which I feel was still well overpriced. We have been staying in Warwick twice a year for the past 10 years so know what is value and what is not.
Plenty of parking spaces, welcomed on arrival, good breakfast, nice place to stay
Shower could have been better, warm enough but not much flow
Atmosphere Staff attitude Location
Pay option for proper WiFi Limited parking
Location to the town. Staff friendly.
Room was cold, bathroom even colder even with a portable heater as well as a radiator. .
Superb location in centre of Warwick, very much an "Olde Worlde" traditional Hotel, full of charactor and charm. Reception area, bar & lounge areas create a comfy and relaxed feel and vibe, bit more modern and contemporary design than bedrooms. Lovely breakfast.
Bedroom was a bit small, as was the bed itself.
We would definitely stay at the Warwick arms hotel again. Our room was decorated to a very high standard. The staff were ver helpful and friendly. Location is very central too
It was all very nice
Excellent staff helping me get around the area. Manager went out of her way to help me. Also they had someone carry my bags upstairs and down when I left which was a godsend.
Room was small. Toilet was horrible, had so much trouble getting it to flush. When I booked online I was specific that I was handicapped and stairs were difficult for me. I was put on the 2nd floor. Though that was prob. my fault. They kindly gave me an early check-in and I never said anything about getting up the stairs.
The cold rooms and the small showers with reduced water pressure
Everything was great, staff were terrific, rooms clean and food decent.
The only low point was the heating and hot water, bathroom only had a heated tower rail which did not do a lot and it took ages to get any hot water out of the taps
Excellent location for a meal with colleagues in the town centre. Small but adequately sized room.
The room was very cold (old fashioned electric fire a giveaway) but the hallway outside the room was even colder. If you don't get a parking slot on site it can be a real problem on a wet dark night.
Nice and welcoming very good location
No restaurant on Sunday
Staff was very helpful. Also, it was a great location right in the heart of a beautiful town
Location and friendly, helpful staff.
Dip in centre of bed. I couldn't keep to my side when I wanted to.
the hotel was very well presented and the room was spacious and clean. Breakfast was superb, spot on in every way.
the carparking entrance was rather rocky, being old cobbles. Perhaps better lighting might be in order.
Helpful staff when we checked in, and really helped us out with parking -which is limited. Lovely comfy room in the annexe which was very quiet and warm. Very convenient for the castle and other amenities of Warwick.
Parking is limited, although there is some (pay) parking around - not too far but this might be difficult for guests with accessibility needs.

breakfast, central location
room temperature was like an oven, thermostat on radiator did not work to switch off, had to sleep with window wide open. Sore throat next morning. Shower thermostat twitchy and went from extreme hot to barely warm so showered in barely warm water. Not pleasureable experience and I would think twice about staying again.
Excellent central location, surrounded by a nice range of good restaurants.
The High Street in Warwick is a busy road so you will be woken early if you stay at this hotel. It location and limited parking space may make this hotel not an ideal location for tourists, which is unfortunate as Warwick is certainly worth visiting.
Hotel facilities (breakfast/bar)
Car parking Noise of bathroom fan Very small shower Noise from other guests (not they they were very noisy, but you could hear everything)
Position if hotel and friendliness of reception staff.
Quality of the food.
Lighting system & noises bathroom fan.
Staff were very helpful. Drinks prices were very reasonable for a hotel.
A little plain and shabby in areas. In our toilet, it smelt of sewarage, and then curry at night time.
