Very friendly, good food, nice place
The bed was very soft!
The wecome we had made us feel welcome. We were happy to come and go as we pleased. Slept in confort and facilities clean. Breakfast was amazing, pouched egg to prefection, we even brought some of he home made Jam! We would stay again if ever in the area and would recommend ti a friend.
Excellent breakfast, comfortable beds, lovely owners
Bed was rather small, bathroom was tiny and shower pressure was poor, but didn't spoil the stay by any means.
What's not to like about warm and friendly hosts, a home away from home atmosphere, clean, tastefully furnished and decorated rooms and bathrooms , a very comfortable bed and a fabulous extensive, cooked breakfast menu that includes locally sourced foods, homemade jams and bread? Also a great dinner recommendation for eating out & other friendly guests. And a good Art Gallery nearby.
Why can't I have guys like this in my family? Can I adopt them?
Hosts were very attentive. Food excellent. We had the loft and it was quiet and airy, spacious and spotless,
We were in the loft, but msy be too many stairs for an older person.
This is the best run B&B that we have come across. The breakfast are great and the host are great as well. Have no trouble recommending this place to anyone. The place is run with pride and passion.
The attentiveness to detail in every way of Richard and Rob in making our short stay memorable and a delicious breakfast.
Best english breakfast ever, everything is homemade or sourced locally! Very clean and spacious room and bathrooms. Delightful hosts!
That we stayed only one night!
furnishings beds and breakfast
distance from town centre
Great hosts Excellent breakfast
Street a bit 'grubby'
I would definitely stay again . Guest house was faultless . This is a compliment as I am fussy !
Superb cooked breakfasts!
We were made very welcome, the house was beautifully decorated and presented. Great breakfast, and a variety of choices,
Only one minor thing, we felt the double bed should be at least king size, small people can sleep in big beds but when your 6'5 it's difficult sleeping in a regular double bed.
The room was cold so I asked if they would put the heating on for me and he gave me a blank look. So I then said how about a blanket he said I might be able to do that! The bathroom was too far from my room and I seemed to need it quite A lot during the night waking because I was cold. Each time I had to use a key. Overall they just didn't make me feel very comfortable. I even asked if they could move me rooms but they said no even though they had room available.so I wouldn't go back and I would definitely spread the word where not to go In margate.
- fantastic service - very clean kitchen, hall and dining room - beautiful and large bedroom - tasty homemade food - friendly and helpful staff - fresh towells and bedding - close to the seafront - wonderful atmosphere
Very friendly and helpful hosts. Comfortable and spacious room. (Mirror with special effects.) Supper breakfast. Everything made with a lot of love and care. Only had eggs benedict like that at Victoria falls in Zambia. It reminded me of such good times....
Breakfasts. Very comfortable bed. Cleanliness. Room décor. Rob and Richard's dedication to making a stay so comfortable.
Maybe a loo brush in bathroom next time!
We experienced excellent hospitality. There was nothing else we could have asked for including, unusually, a comfortable bed and a good nights sleep. The main attractions are in walking distance, as is a hotel where you can have a nice evening meal. If you are a business traveller you may wish to ask for an early breakfast because it normally starts at 8.30 am and you will need to do the exceptional choice of home made delicious treats justice.
Welcoming and nothing was too much trouble. Loved the room and all the extra thoughts that had gone into making our room feel like home. Food and choices excellent. Great advice on local restaurants and local places to visit. If we ever visit Ramsgate this would be the first place we would stay.
The owners are very friendly people who take a joy in caring for their guests. The house is lovely and quite quirky. Clean, warm and comfy - what more could you ask for. We would definitely go again.
Nothing to be said!!
A warm welcome, lovely room and the breakfast was excellent.
Nothing - it was 1st class
Locally sourced food, lots of Home-made items, everything was beautifully cooked. Thank you.
Very clean room. Owners very welcoming, brilliant breakfast - home made bread and jams a really lovely touch.
I could not find any faults at the guest house. They go above and beyond to make your stay unforgettable and make youfeel at home . The guest house is up to a extremly high level of style and cleanness. I loved every special touch, not a guest house more like a small 5* hotel.they give you all the information of the area you tell you every thing about the area so you can get the best out of the area. Would not hesitate in coming back again.
