Comprised of Georgian town houses dating back to 1799, this charming, individual hotel in Ramsgate's historic garden crescent has amazing harbour and sea views. Two of the houses are adjoining.

I would definitely stay again . Guest house was faultless . This is a compliment as I am fussy !
Superb cooked breakfasts!
We were made very welcome, the house was beautifully decorated and presented. Great breakfast, and a variety of choices,
Only one minor thing, we felt the double bed should be at least king size, small people can sleep in big beds but when your 6'5 it's difficult sleeping in a regular double bed.
The room was cold so I asked if they would put the heating on for me and he gave me a blank look. So I then said how about a blanket he said I might be able to do that! The bathroom was too far from my room and I seemed to need it quite A lot during the night waking because I was cold. Each time I had to use a key. Overall they just didn't make me feel very comfortable. I even asked if they could move me rooms but they said no even though they had room available.so I wouldn't go back and I would definitely spread the word where not to go In margate.
Breakfasts. Very comfortable bed. Cleanliness. Room décor. Rob and Richard's dedication to making a stay so comfortable.
Maybe a loo brush in bathroom next time!
We experienced excellent hospitality. There was nothing else we could have asked for including, unusually, a comfortable bed and a good nights sleep. The main attractions are in walking distance, as is a hotel where you can have a nice evening meal. If you are a business traveller you may wish to ask for an early breakfast because it normally starts at 8.30 am and you will need to do the exceptional choice of home made delicious treats justice.
Welcoming and nothing was too much trouble. Loved the room and all the extra thoughts that had gone into making our room feel like home. Food and choices excellent. Great advice on local restaurants and local places to visit. If we ever visit Ramsgate this would be the first place we would stay.
The owners are very friendly people who take a joy in caring for their guests. The house is lovely and quite quirky. Clean, warm and comfy - what more could you ask for. We would definitely go again.
Nothing to be said!!
A warm welcome, lovely room and the breakfast was excellent.
Nothing - it was 1st class
Locally sourced food, lots of Home-made items, everything was beautifully cooked. Thank you.
Very clean room. Owners very welcoming, brilliant breakfast - home made bread and jams a really lovely touch.
I could not find any faults at the guest house. They go above and beyond to make your stay unforgettable and make youfeel at home . The guest house is up to a extremly high level of style and cleanness. I loved every special touch, not a guest house more like a small 5* hotel.they give you all the information of the area you tell you every thing about the area so you can get the best out of the area. Would not hesitate in coming back again.
Everyting was just how we like it, a home from home :-))
We liked everything :-))
sometime Wifi is not working
Very welcoming and friendly owners, - amazing choice of breakfasts - locally sourced ingredients, very high standard of furnishing, very comfortable bed spotlessly clean, bottles of water as well as tea making facilities in room, (plus 2 Yorkie bars). Quiet en-suite roof triple room is surprisingly spacious with coffee table and two chairs, DVDs, books. You will not be disappointed here.
It was very warm when we stayed and got very hot during the night - a summer duvet or just a sheet would have have been perfect. Dawn light woke us up early - no blackout blinds so bring your eye masks if you are light sensitive.
Great location, lovely place for walks along the beach. Really nice and very accommodating staff.
Beautiful Edwardian room and the breakfast was the icing on the cake...Yum!
Nice rooms Very clean Good beds Very kind owners
Everything was fine.
Breakfast exceptional - especially homemade potato cakes and jam and marmalade. Friendly, homely and comfortable with lots of interesting ornaments and pictures.
Very cozy, with a character, clean
Mattress was very uncomfortable (too soft and bouncy), TV didn't work and door lock was very hard to lock
So welcoming with the most gorgeous bedroom and bathroom. Immaculately clean and the most scrumptious breakfast I have had in a very long time.
Quiet, friendly, home made bread, jams and pastries for breakfast and comfortable, beautifully decorated rooms.
Very nice guest house, friendly and clean and a nice breakfast. Would highly recommend and will return if I am back in the area.
Very friendly inviting host and staff, great breakfast, nice quiet room
