In my job i stay at a lot of hotels and B & B's, this is one of the best i have ever stayed at. Karen and Simon are friendly, the place is very well decorated and very clean. I will be booking The Waterford again. |

From the moment we arrived until we left we were not disappointed. The hotel was clean, comfortable and stylish and the owners, Karen and Simon, were welcoming, friendly and helpful - and to top it all Simon's cooked breakfasts were fantastic (especially the mushrooms!). We would definitely stay there again! |

This B&B was very clean and easy accessible. The attention to detail was also very good. Worthy of the 4 star rating.... The only bad point i would make about the B&B is the glass panels over the bedrooms doors, there is a security light that stay on at night which signs into the room so it makes the room still quite bright to sleep in. |

Our stay reflected a comfortable break, in an ideal location. Simon and Karen provided warm and friendly personal service. The room was spotlessly clean, and very comfortable. The food was first class, and I certainly intend to return at some point in the future. The one and only minor point I have is that parking was not available "on site". During busy holiday periods it might be difficult to find a nearby parking space. This said, during my stay I had no trouble parking across from the hotel. |

A small confortable hotel situated close to ammenities - I was staying as a result of business and required an earlier than normal breakfast The hotel proprietors were happy to obligue and served up a perfectly adequate meal The provision of evenig meals would be useful |

One could not fault the cleanliness of the room or the public rooms. The entire establishment was spotless. The proprieters were very friendly and explained everything we needed to know about meal times, fire escapes, facilities in the room and around the hotel. All round first class. |

friendly and helpful reception and 'nothing too much trouble' attitude, although they had everything covered anyway. Love the 'survival kit' - brilliant bit of forward planning. The information pack in the room was the most detailed I have ever seen and helped to create an atmosphere of 'we care' rather than the usual 'here's your room key, have a nice stay' blandness. can't honestly say there was, no. |

The welcome was very freindly. The hotel was imaculately clean and the decorations were top class. I would be happy to reccomend this hotel. my only obseervation was that the breakfast was early at 8.00 till 9.00 As we were on holiday we would have preferred a later breakfast. the qualiy and choice of items for the breakfast was excellent. |

Ultra clean!!! And nicely decorated. Great breakfast options:fresh fruits, yoghurts,cereals, and cooked fare. Friendly, helpful hosts. Only one block from Black Pool beach/promanade. I would happily book another stay at The Waterford!! |
