Lovely authentic hotel with all the charm you would expect in Scotland. The staff were warm, friendly and very attentive. Rooms were great and comfy if you can go for a room with a river view.. All in all a great little place would certainly stay again when in Paisly..

Quite a lot of spiders around the windows.

The view from the bedroom, the food and the friendly atmosphere.

Bathroom was a little small but it is an old building so no fault of the hotel.

Airport hotels are notoriously overpriced. I would recommend the Watermill Hotel to anyone flying out early from Glasgow. Book in advance and you'll get a cheap, comfortable hotel within a couple of miles of the airport. Taxi service excellent.

The room was clean and well presented. Some of the staff were considerate and went further to assist. Site has a TV & Bar area, good WiFi coverage throughout the hotel. A garden area and dining area.

The windows in the room require attention, not only are they single glazed but could not be closed completely, thus letting in all noise and had it been a colder time of year, the temperature as well. Workmen making noise at 6am. Some staff gave the impression they were being bothered with a question and shrugged rather than answered. I felt the quality of food could have been higher. The cost of £150 per night was far too high, given the above remarks.

Location in Paisley and on site parking. OK for a night stop, but pricey for what it is.

Bar staff asked my son and his girlfriend to leave by 11pm as they were guests, this ruined his pre-graduation night out and left us feeling terrible: however the night porter served us so all turned out OK. Staff training seems to be needed. Breakfast was basic and not good value. Room was small and not double glazed so traffic noise was heard. The hotel needed some investment to bring it up to standard.

The hotel is ideally situated for the Airport and is 10 minute walk from Paisley Canal Stn, if you want to go into Glasgow. Staff were really helpful and friendly. Breakfast was a big hit with my son, who is 9, and the bar food was very reasonably priced. We didn't dine in the restaurant.

Hotel has some charming aspects to it but is a bit dated. I appreciate that old building so limited with what they can possibly do. A tiny lift if you have difficulty walking the stairs with heavy luggage. Narrow hallways with creaky floorboards. The traffic can be noisy if at front of hotel.

10 minutes drive from RossHall Hospital. Shops nearby.Good breakfast and evening meal.

Extremely noisy generators, very creeky floors, if we hadn't had ear plugs would not have got any sleep. Only choose it as Commenwealth games on and we couldn't get anything else.

Very easy access to Glasgow. The train station was a 5 minute walk from the hotel. The hotel stored our bags before we checked in and again after check out for the day. This was so useful. The room was well stocked with towels and toiletries and the beds were comfortable-family room.

The shower did not work except on hot because the cold never mixed. The hotel said they would fix it but we were only staying one night anyway. Breakfast was just OK. Continental option would have been better.

The staff were friendly and helpful and the breakfast was very good .

I had a single room that was a bit pokey .The walls were thin and I could hear everything going on the adjoining rooms .There was a constant humming noise all night ,which might have come from extrctor fans in the kitchen .I only stayed the one night ,other rooms might be completely different .

Staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. Food was excellent and of a good variety. Lovely outlook on to the Hammils. {Local waterfall}.

The lift was very small for the number of rooms and had a very tired appearance. Plus a hit or miss control panel.

As we noticed when booking through this website, almost all the hotels gave us the worst room they had in the hotel, rather than filling a regular empty room. In this case it was directly above the front door, so you heard people coming and going all night. It was not clean. The toilet rocked back and forth when you used it, and though I asked them to fix it, nobody came, and when you looked around behind the toilet, it had a large amount of duct tape on it to keep the connection to the drain. Stains on the carpet, and you couldn't sit on the desk chair because the leg was about to break off.

The location was better than expected and it was value for money. The receptionists were first class.

The lift was a bit eccentric

The welcome we got when we arrived, also a room was ready for us even though we got there early. It was also convenient for the reason we were in Paisley. Very good indeed, and thank you.

    Every thing was perfect.

    Staff were freindly

owners obviously have no pride in their business. The outside/car park needs cleaned. The water feature just inside the entrance has never been cleaned in years. Shower head holder kept falling apart, and you had to hold the shower head. Bath dirty, and broken tiles on bathroom floor. There is obviously no one enforcing or applying standards. Will never recommend this to anyone. The handyman was putting black tape over screw heads on the steps of the stairs? The lift arrived at the floor but the buttons inside did not work. Too many things to fully list, but you get the drift.
