No shower in the room
Parking directly outside in enclosed private car park Bedroom was close Easy to find breakfast room Breakfast was quick and efficient with plenty of space Good choice of breakfast Room was basic but included everything essential Decor was fine Quiet situation Compact single room
Morning shower was tepid (but rooms were busy in the morning). Friend in nearby room had a good hot shower in the evening. Couldn't turn boiling radiator off (room 12) Couldn't open window Was difficult to reach check-in by 11pm, but just made it. No outer door bell to alert reception of arrival - another guest let me in, by chance unloading on my arrival. Needed wi-fi, but no information service from 11pm-08:30am.
All the staff were really friendly, professional and keen to help. The hotel restaurant was cheap but provided a good plate full of food for the price.
Bedroom was very very small, dark and badly lit. The shower was cold with a broken shower door, broken toilet roll holder, broken bathroom door look and broken bedside lamp. Bedroom walls were thin so I heard a lot of noise from around the hotel. Overall, a terrible 5 night stay. I recommend the nearby Travel Lodge for a generally higher standard at a lower price. Sorry Waverley.
Breakfast was obviously pre cooked but staff friendly.needs a refurb as looking tired.
Couldn't find a Gideon Bible in the room
good location for crewe railway station, very good staff.
Staff were good
Its very worn,my sink had a repaired crack, couldn't fill kettle in sink it was too big, Bed was very soft, would i go back,no sorry there are better hotels now days
Very good, cheap meals. Handy position. Quiet and relaxing.
Internet very poor, often not working.
price and proximity to where we were. breakfast was good
Shower was poor, public areas stuck in a 70's time warp, grubby in general and requiring a major upgrade.
Friendly staff Good breakfast Small double room with all facilities you would expect.
Bathroom shower would not operate properly and the radiators did not work properly First impressions were not great the young receptionist was pressing curtains in the reception. The hotel is not situated in the nicest of areas.
Friendly staff; free Wi-Fi
Décor was tired and old fashioned. The whole place was a bit shabby and needs modernising. Restaurant was very basic.
The hotel is kept to a high standard the staff are always helpful and a goof breakfast.
Location, ease to find, choice of local places to visit, short drive to Holyhead for ferry to Ireland
towels were a little worn but perfectly clean.
We didn't actually stay in the hotel rooms we stayed in one of the apartments, I have to say we were very pleasantly surprised at how nice the apartments was, on the ground floor there is a small kitchen, lounge and toilet with hand basin, upstairs 1 twin room 1 double room and a shower room (with toilet & basin) both bedrooms are a good size and the beds were all very comfortable.
When we arrived and walked into the reception area we were very nervous to see what the room would be like as the main building is very old fashioned and worn out, the carpets are all threadbare and there is a damp musty smell, I think if it hadn't been so late we possibly would have left without even seeing the room!
Muito limpo, confortável, bom atendimento
Tiny room for price Shower door wouldn't close Uncomfortable beds Windows didn't open
It was clean comfortable, staff really lovely, nothing too much trouble.
Ideal location and car park for my trip. Full range of breakfast. Comfortable bed and ample clothing storage space. Reasonable and adequate price that balances with my negative comments. Would stay again if necessary.
Tired and dated decor, unusual smell from Shower drain, no shower holder for lotions. Suggested improvements ... It's not right to ask reception for shower mat, it should be in the shower room. Tea presentation at breakfast in flasks, need to remove stewed teabags.
Clean functional, pet friendly, good choice for breakfast, good attentive service.
Location Carpark Wifi Breakfast
Dated Shower power and temp Smell
The warm and friendly atmosphere and magnitude of the hotel made it plush. The breakfast was well served and sufficient.
The shower cubicle was small and insufficient soap was provided for two people.
Stayed in one of the houses owned by the hotel. It was fabulous as we had dogs,Just like a home from home
Shower Cubicle was very small Tv was very small Main light was useless, should have taken a torch. Needs a mirror nearer the basin...
Breakfast was lovely lots of options.
No shower in the bathroom.
