Friendly and very helpful. Couldn't do enough for us. Food very good.. Good value for money.
Location , food excellent.
Poor lighting in the room.
close to railway station and within walking distance to town very good value for money and excellent breakfast included. close to pubs for refreshment!
nothing really you get what you pay for and very good value for money!
The hotel was really lovely, we were only staying one night, but the staff were very friendly and welcoming. It was clean, the rooms were basic but perfect for what we wanted. The breakfast was brilliant too, and I would definitely stay there again & recommend it to others.
Nothing - it was fab!
The room (room 17) was clean, spacious and the beds were comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful. Although neither of us had the cooked breakfast, the ones being served to others looked huge. Would definitely stay here again.
Room tended to get a bit hot and stuffy as there is only one small opening window in the room.
We stayed in the Waverley hotel on a stop over on way to Anglesey. It was a great little hotel, although we stayed in a two bedroom apartment rather than the main hotel. It was perfect and ticked all the boxes.
Just the beer was a bit watered down and weak!
friendly staff, clean and tidy room and a good breakfast, plus close to railway station.
can`t fault anything
Car park good Receptionist very helpful Breakfast food & service excellent
The room was cramped, dull, old fashioned dark furniture. Very cramped ensuite, extremely small wash basin. Shower cubicle mouldy & very uninviting.
restaurant was good.
room was dusty.
Anything's was good!
Got what you pay for
Room was near restaurant so at 7am there was a lot of noise to disturb the sleep.

Nothing really, would have preferred a bath but not crucial
I really enjoyed the english cooked breakfast nice and tasty , A good choice of breakfast cereals .
I did not having a bathroom towel with brown mark on it .
staff friendly and happy Breakfasts great Evening meals good value good location
small shower but adequate,
Good location Decent price Good staff
Old dated rooms
The room was well kitted out with enough sockets to charge all devices. Clean and comfortable.
The bathroom was tired taps hard to turn fully off to stop the trickle. The room was quite cramped for a twin room.
The staff were great, room wasn't huge but just what we wanted. Breakfast was enormous.
The warm welcome. The English breakfast, and when we had to leave early, we had some sandwiches to eat at the airport. The cosy backyard. Close to the railwaystation.
I missed the shower, though we knew it, when we ordered. wi-fi in every room would be good.
excellent food good service
bed against wall
Having stayed frequently in the 90s, first visit in over a decade. Not a lot has changed, including the price. Didn't hurt that they'd run out of beds and have us a two bedroom house! Comfy beds, good shower, decent size tv
There was no soap in the en suite.
Was the first time in crewe for a beer festival will be back sometime.
I have no problem with the hotel
The staff were excellent in their happy nature and willingness to be of service
Walking distance from train...very good value for the money. Staff was very helpful. It was a close walk to the dinner theatre...very enjoyable.
Room 15 rather stuffy...could do with a full opening window
