Hotel deaign was excellent. Staff excellent. Room excellent Position of Hotel.

Lack of facilities No day/evening lounges to use without enduring smokers. Did not like cocktail bars position directly infront of smokers and to small. Entertainment Jazz piano wasted in the room it was in.But great pianist.

The staff members that greeted me at the door and took me to my room were all very attentive and made me feel like a vip.

a bit costly!, No spa, No gym, No pool. but other than that is perfect.

Only stayed for 1 night in May but thought the hotel was absolutely fantastic. It's location in the centre of London is ideal, the quality of the staff training is excellent, the rooms and the personal feel to the hotel is perfect. The use of the curtesy Rolls Royce really topped off a superb stay.

Excellent location

Having to produce photo I d to check in. Having the reception charge £300 per day of our stay to cover" extras" without discussion. Cigar and cigarette smoke in lobby areas. No lounge areas- there is a windowless room with tables /chairs only, which was quite gloomy. Being nearly accosted by the reception for mistaking as a copy the credit charge receipt left in our room( it was the original). Nowhere to put clothes away in room, only a wardrobe and high shelf on top( which my wife could not reach). Housekeeping clearing out cupboards in corridor at 10.30pm. Lighting system in room over complicated.

Boutique hotel, great rooms, great location.

The room was a Luxury King which I believe is the standard room. However, it was a really good size with a very large tv. We didn't dine at the hotel but did have breakfast which was excellent. The staff were very attentive. The decor was wonderfully art deco.

Nothing! However, they deducted £300 from our card when we arrived, saying that this would be refunded to our card within a few days. This wasn't a problem for us but could cause problems for some people who hadn't got spare cash lying in their account.

Every single thing

Excellent and beautifully decorated no-expense spared brand new small luxury hotel. They may only have been open a few weeks but they've hit the ground running thanks to the top quality experienced staff. My room was super comfortable and the marble bathroom with heated floor and electric loo gorgeous. All the food was delicious from the Rib eye steaks to the pasta to the Sea bass ! My morning fruit plate of tropical fruits was perfect and always ripe. The heated cigar terrace must be unique in london...plus jazz at weekends.

Расположение,комфорт,персонал на высшем уровне,в ресторане очень вкусно готовят,для отеля желание клиента закон. Очень уютные,красивые, и удобные номера! К детям очень трепетно относятся! Ребенку готовили на завтрак овсяную кашу,хотя в меню ее нет. Отель супер по всем категориям! На шопинг мы ездили на RR который отель предоставляет гостям бесплатно.

L'accueil extraordinaire, la gentillesse et la disponibilité du personnel. La chambre et ses équipements à la pointe de la technologie. Le cadre et la décoration de l'hotel. Le restaurant et la salle du petit déjeuner sont très agréable. La nourriture est de premier choix. Un grand BRAVO

Трудно дозвониться на ресепшн Работа персонала не отлажена и плохо скоординирована Проблемы с элементарными бытовыми запросами. На 5 звезд сервис пока не тянет. Стандартные номера очень маленькие. Цена не соответствует качеству.
