The staff were excellent and the menu was varied and would suit all tastes. I have no hesitation in recommending The Wellington.

Location was convienent and facilities good for the price. Staff were friendly and helpful. Pub had a good atmosphere.

Door chain was broken and the Yale lock misaligned making it difficult to latch. Breakfast although pre-ordered at a specific time was a little slow to arrive.

    Near to venue

Overpowering smell of bleach in room. Unable to leave window open after booking in or at night as on ground floor so no way of airing room

    The staff were very helpful.

The room faced the garden, where people were drinking and very noisy until after midnight. No double glazing, to soften the noise. The room needed redecoration and the wifi was poor, kept failing. Much too expensive for the quality of accommodation, breakfast was extra.

Location, ease of check in, friendly staff, our room, the pub itself, the atmosphere and service.

The fact that no food was available after our arrival at 8pm. Ended up having to walk for twenty minute's to find a place to eat. All we wanted was a sandwich and a pint but it wasn't to be.

Excellent staff, so friendly and welcoming, very well equipped room, near parks, lake and open spaces, good menu. Large car park.

As a solo female traveller I found it a little disconcerting that the room faced the beer garden. Nets at the window would be a good idea. Room was compact but very well equipped.

Location. Good price. Rooms OK for our needs.

No food served in pub after 8.45pm so when we arrived (9.30pm) we had to find somewhere else to eat. Breakfast not served until after 7.30am and we had to be away by 7.15am so again, missed out.

Not much to like although the bed was fairly comfy

Freezing cold bathroom with mouldy shower and only luke warm/cold water in the morning. Room had an external door directly to outside next to the drunken smokers screaming till closing!

It had friendly and helpful bar staff and good value breakfasts. It was convenient to RMA Sandhurst and to a large shopping centre.

Very pleasant Staff and very welcoming, specially Tom the Barman. Good food and Beer quality/range

Quite a bit or road noise so would benefit from secondary glazing. Also no blind or net curtaining, so not very private for ground floor accommodation directly on the path-way between the Car Park and Pub.

Friendly staff, good food, good ales, comfy bed. Biscuits with teamaker and fresh bottled water daily were very good and plenty of tea, coffee and hot choc. Supplied.

The room wasn't up to scratch compared to other hotels. Smelled a bit moth bally, some damp on one wall, cracked bath panels, a couple of ill fitting bath tiles, loose/flaky paintwork. Small things that make a huge difference. It probably looked great when it was first decorated but owners need to keep an eye on these points today, not customers reporting it.
