Slug trails in the bed room also ordered breakfast and no body turned up had to leave without. Would not recomend and would never stay again

Location to the m3, room was lovely Even as residents we couldn't get a late drink. We asked and eventually got a beer to bring to the room. Was told by the manager / owner that he had had a long day! We had driven over 600 miles over 2 countries and worked for 4 hours and been up since 5 am. We all have bad days, but if your in the hospitality game that's your business!.....otherwise nice place

The room was clean and welcoming. Nice cotton sheets. Comfy twin beds Ground floor- so suitable for disabled people Well heated and lit. Good wardrobe and hanging space Slightly mouldy bathroom with noisy fan. Having to go outside to get to breakfast/inside the pub Forgetting we were needing an early breakfast on a Sunday. They were very apologetic.

Good breakfast. Nice clean room. We stayed for 2 nights and no one came to the room to change towels or make bed or replenish tea/coffee etc. we wanted to eat at lunch in the pub and was told we were too late even though we were 5 mins before last orders.

The room rate did not reflect the standad of room. This Hotel should not be charging any more than £40 per night for this accomodation.

The room was basically a converted outhouse which opened directly onto a very noisy beer garden which made sleep before midnight impossible. The door to the outside was badly fitting, showing daylight all around. It must be freezing in there in winter! The internal walls were scuffed, and where a shelf or tv bracket had been moved the wall had not been repainted. The bathroom fittings were water-marked and rusty, and the grout between the shower tiles was discoloured and breaking. The nasty, cheap plastic over-bath shower curtain had disgusting black mould up the bottom 18 inches. And finally - although there was a hospitality tray, the cup was dirty. I would absolutely never stay there again (and I will have occasion to stay in Sandhurst again), and I would definitely advise anyone else from booking there.

friendly and helpful staff , pleasant ,comfortable room with good facilities. Breakfast although at a prearranged time coincided with the cleaning of the bar so we were mopped around. I do think they could have done it before or after our breakfast.

Os funcionários são simpáticos e muito prestáveis. As refeições no Pub são excelentes e a preços agradáveis. Tem um parque muito agradável para fazer caminhadas. Nada a assinalar. Boa relação qualidade - preço.

Very friendly staff as are "the locals". Good pub food at affordable prices. With the guest rooms located outside of the hotel in a converted stable block there is no need to carry luggage/bags down corridors or up stairs, it is just a hop, skip and jump from the spacious car park to the rooms.

The helpfulness of the staff Their flexibility particularly as we were an hour later for breakfast due to oversleeping! Comfortable and warm room. We were out late if we had been in it might have been very noisy as it was we arrived back in at 1am after pub closed!
