Outdated rooms, some fittings broken, shabby decor
Staff was helpful
not much choice for breakfast so i didnt have any...the room was a bit old fashion and the shower was too small...ok for skinney people but us fatties need more room
Bar and breakfast good and in a good location
In my room the oven was stuck on the hottest level and it was impossible to turn it off. I did talk with staff about it, but it was not possible to turn down heat. Hopefully they called for service. It was so hot that it could start a fire as the curtains were way too close to the heater.
I am pleased with all other services of the hotel. The staff was welcoming and helpful and location was great.
Room could have been much cleaner and when we came back from dinner, someone had thrown up on the stairs & entrance hall which the receptionist knew about, but decided to continue his conversation on the phone!
Bed was clean & comfortable, and the breakfast was good
No remote to tely had to pay £10 deposit, only one thin blanket on bed, no chair, no t enough toilet roll, bathroom/shower smelt really musky Not being able in sign in to hotel til after 12,
ckeaning ladies very friendly
Lack of vaiety at breakfast - only scramble or fried eggs. If u wanna more - you paid 5pound for "full english breakfast". The room are not very clean - I saw the dust and paper cup which was left by previous quests.
Good location if u wanna stay near to the Wembley Arena. Very comfortable bed. Close to shops, restaurants. Lots of tv channel and free Wi-Fi. Good price.
The room was very cozy for a solo traveller but wish that the pillow was more plump. The area was convenient with many shops and close to Wembley Stadium.
i might as well have showered in the rain. The pressure was terrible and it kept going cold. The bed was rock solid and 4 ft off the floor.
it was a 20 min walk from wembley
On arrival the man at reception kept talking on his mobile phone. Ignored myself and my husband. was tempted to walk out and find a different hotel. Very rude.
Location was very good and a car park was within easy reach of the hotel.
single bed was extra high & room was seriously hot, this was solved by having the window fully open.
it was friendly & clean, the room had everything i needed. the train station was a 3 minute walk & there was plenty of places to buy food on the evening
Service, food, bed, location, room temp, flithy too,m toilet seat didn't fit, hair in the fan. So horrible place to be
Leaving, couldn't get out quick enough
Good Breakfast but too late for most working stays - 8-9am.
Close to buses and tube and main line rail.
room had cig smoke in it when we asked for a no smoking room.
No duvet just a fleece throw over on the bed and the way I was treated at breakfast, no curtain in the bathroom window
The double bed was very uncomfortable and the third bed in the room was a mattress on the floor which gave my son a stiff neck, breakfast bowls was chipped, tea and coffee cold, the full English was rubbish
Location is great, staff were friendly and helpful, clean room, bed was comfy, and the breakfast was good for the price.
Didn't have any parking, front rooms very noisy according to my brother.
Easy to find,pleasant staff,good breakfast,comfortable bed,
The shower was cold during the afternoon/ evening time, but in the morning was nice and hot. The breakfast wasnt much to write home about, but at the end of the day it was free and we couldnt have asked for any more at £55 a night.
The bed was big and comfortable. The location was fantastic as we were going to see Steel Panther at Wembley Arena. The room was great for what we paid for..
The wifi reception was not getting up to the second floor where I was, so I had to alway go down to the bar whenever I need to use the wifi
The staff were helpful and the location was convenient due to proximity to train station and shopping centers
Friendly staff and very good value for money.
- When I came the girl at reception did't know where my room was. I had check it myself and spent 7 min to find a room. - Then the girl requested payment in front (although I booked via booking.com). When I was ready to pay, she told me that there is no change (2GBP) and I have to look otside the hotel to change money. - Finally, after long discussions, we agreed to that I will receive my change later and she accepts it. - There was no wifi in the room (the signal was too low). - Hot water always ended up quickly. (actually it was 30 - 40'C max) After 2 or 3 min passed there was only cold water at all.
There was a kettle in the room. Very cheap hotel. The room was cleaned up every day. Very close to underground. Nice administrators. If only price matters, this hotel is for you!
The Wi-fi was good and fast, but it suddenly went down a few times. There was no chair in my room.
Great location, perfect for Wembley, northwest London and central London. Cosy, warm room. Very nice continental breakfast included in the price I paid. Helpful and friendly staff.
No WiFi is a bit of a dampner on the hotel.
Friendly helpful staff. Left my phone charger in the morning but staff put it aside for me.
