its location was ideal for Wembley stadium and the shops where at the top of the road
it clearly stated that we would be getting a breakfast with are rooms that we booked for two nights and was amazed to find it was a continental breakfast and then not a lot of choice. to be honest I have stayed in better bed and breakfasts place could of done with a good vacuum but rooms where clean and the staff where helpful. also ask for a front facing room as the ones at the back are noisy with the train announcements from 5 in a morning.
Excellent location for tube station and Wembley Stadium. Spacious room. For the price it was great value.
Dated decor. Dubious stain in the toilet. Shower very weak power, the taps were quicker.
Location and breakfast was very good
Loud street at 1 am
staff were friendly and the location is perfect for those traveling to Wembley clean rooms
Not much choice for breakfast
Location, food and cleanness was good.
The staff was good except one English girl who worked in the morning shift who was very rude.
Location OK for wembley events
Dirty room. Sticky surface on bedside cabinet . Noisy residents? Uninterested staff, breakfast only 8.00 to 9.00!, no butter available for the toast, in a hotel!!
comfortable bed- clean bedding nice decor downstairs pleasant staff easy check in car park close by close to shops and arena
Very hot inside- felt like heating was on! Got lost every time entered the building to find room-loads of floors and narrow corridors. Could do with updating in rooms- filthy lamp shade- cracks in walls. Breakfast was poor - choice of scrambled or fried egg- had to wait for toast (egg got cold)- coffee and juice needed topping up regular but wasn't and tables were not set up ready for next person- seemed very disorganised. Water in shower was cold. However, you get what you pay for I suppose
1) The location was very convenient for links to wembley arena. 2) the staff were friendly enough- when I entered my room, there was bird poo on the bed. I told the receptionist and it had been sorted by the time I got back.
There are quite a few cleanliness issues with this hotel: 1) it smells of cigarettes despite advertising itself as non smoking. 2) there are tissues, glasses and odd items along the corridors. 3) the walls in the rooms are splattered with either alcohol, urine or sick (can't quite tell) and look like they have never been wiped down. 4) the hotel looks generally tired and run down. With a bit of TLC, it would be reasonable value for money. 5) I think that a more substantial breakfast could be offered for the price.
If you are looking for a cheap place to stay overnight in London and assume that you obviously do not expect miracles this is the place for you. Quite clean, nice staff, very close to the underground station.
If they changed 'breakfast' for the word 'tea' , it would more precisely reflect what it really is.
Close to station.
Rubbish and cigarette butts hidden behind the bed. Room smelt strongly of smoke. TV didn't work. Shower was only a dribble of water. Unfriendly staff. They didn't respond to any of these complaints when I e-mailed them directly. Traffic outside the window was very loud.
They put my drink in the freezer for me as requested great for the next day thanks
Trains ; )
I liked friendliness of staff and perfect room facilities. Room was well ventilated but felt very hot as the weather was hot too.
was not happy about late night noise of arguments of guests and receptionist.
We had a very comfortable stay. Wifi worked very well.
perfect location for Wembley stadium, went to see Eminem, just round the corner from the tube / overground station, staff very helpful, nice hotel and nice clean rooms.
paid £70 and didn't get a breakfast as breakfast is only open 8am - 9am and I had to catch a train back to Glasgow at 8.45am, no alternative given, so missed breakfast which was paid for, this is only negative for the hotel.
Location, next to metro line. Only 5 min walk to Wembley stadium. Room was basic, bed was good, en-suite bathroom was ok.
I didn't like anything about my stay. They messed up with the 2 single rooms saying we had only booked one and my confirmation clearly stated 2!! Then we had to share rooms, admittedly I didn't have to pay for 2. The room had cobwebs in there, the previous guests rubbish, the radiator was hanging off the wall... and the extra bed they gave me was a thin mattress on the floor!!! I can safely say I did not enjoy my stay and we will never be going there again plus I didn't think it safe to have breakfast there either.....
Staff were friendly and helpful.
Curtains different lengths. Shower permanently cold. Noisy. TV cabinet doors don't stay back. Electric sockets inaccessible (tightly hidden behind TV wardrobe).
It was a short walk to the tube station.
The hotel is right next to the train tracks so was very noisy at night. The room was small and the bed was uncomfortable. The bathroom was VERY tiny.
View of outside hotel..okay...
Member of Staff very unfriendly at reception...also been charging extra for credit card payment... Which was not mention...
Cheap 1 star property. Fine for an over night if no services required. My bed was comfortable, staff pleasent. Wifi was good. Lots of towels, but very little shampoo or shower cream. I will use it again as it is 2 mins from Wembley central station and 100 yards from the High Road.
Lack of toiletries.
Close to station and bfast
No 24 hr reception. Close to station so noisy. Single room too small and bed also v small
The fact that there is no 24 hours reception.
Shower is not hot enough.
the bed was comfy and the room was clean
late check in fee was not explained to us when we phoned to say we would be late, we were just told to phone the number on the door.
It was far too expensive for a double room and a one night stay. I had asked for a single bed, for my daughter's friend, but was only given a mattress with no blankets and there were not enough towels. There was no cooked breakfast, and since i paid £170 i thought this was poor show for one night. The location.
