The hot water was not available until the morning. The room was cold all night. The staff member was unresponsive when I explained my situation. The shower had black mould on the wall. The level maintenance was very substandard for the room. The tables were not cleared from the previous guests who dined before I sat down for breakfast.Room 28 and the service were not was worth the £60.00. The standard of room I expected to find in a B&B, and not an establishment that was advertising rooms for a hotel.
The arrangement is close to stadium Wembley.
Actually, stole 10 pounds from me. Took in pledge, it is unclear for what, and didn't return.
Great location a special for value of money
Price was good Location was very close to the underground (and there was a big Tesco and shopping centre next to the underground station as well).
The internet worked only in the reception/lounge area. So if you're an internet addict like me, then this might not be most convenient.
Nothing at all
Our bedroom was absolutely disgusting! Dirty floor, dirty window, dirty doors, stained cushions, the bed was old and broken, the kettle was on the floor... What a horrible experience! I couldnt sleep as i was kept awake by the residents of the area who were shouting all night long. Im so pleased i only stayed for the night and not longer.
Very close to Wembley Central tube station and 15 mins walk wembley stadium
Bed strangely high, no tv remote in room and high price for 1 single bed 1 night stay, I would expect at least a double for £80
Warm room and always hot water
Late breakfast open times
Rude behaviour by receptionist. No helping nature from hotel staff. No value for money. Location is good.they are charging money for TV remote control as well. Breakfast as we'll not so good.
it was close to u nderground
water srength was week on shower no vegan option in breakfast ,
Cob webs in wall
Closeness to wembly arena. Good shops nearby. Very close to travel links
The bed made the room
The breakfast arrangements The shower
Cleanliness just fair. There should be Duvet and a table with chair
Lovely staff, great rooms and decor, great location and everyone was kind and helpful.Breakfast was nice and the girl helped us as I have some health issues. The beds.drawers and cabinets have a lovely rustic,Gypsy painted style and the rooms are super warm and cosy.Lovely classic bathroom and sink.Shower lovely and warm.
Would have liked puffier pillows as quite flat .or an extra one but the man at reception was all out due to the England game.We will ask on arrival next time as he advised on departure.
clean good breakfast
no bedside light no welcome pack anybody new to london would not know where to go no staff on site at night
The so called breakfast, two fried eggs, thats it. And getting mugged right at the front door because the hotel was shut.
I love there breakfast...
There size of bed is too small
Great location and good value for money.
The bar The shower Health and Safety The fact of having to pay £10 for a remote The television inside a wardrobe Indications where the rooms were
Bed seemed ok
Apart from the bed this was an awful hotel ...please please dont visit
It was very convenient to Wembley and Wembley Central Station and the people were nice.
My bed was awful, my room was next to the bar and it was loud. The room was decrepit and old.
Was made very welcome, it certainly was not the ritz, but was not the pits either. Close to the wembly stadium & certainly everything else,,, would definitely stay again,
we could not complain, but felt for others that did have complaints!
location is amazing, few steps from the subway station, restaurants, shopping mall, supermarkets and shops
maize to reach my room, very narrow corridors and the train passes by the hotel but that wasn't very noisy
Got the impression our nine month booking was not registered on their system at arrival. We were put on a top floor, less than basic room, hallways were dirty and smelly. The hotel information from the web page did not reflect the 'overflow' room we were given. Very poor standard. We ate elsewhere for breakfast.
