personale molto cordiale gentile e disponibile,camera pulita , spaziosa per una famiglia di 4 persone e silenziosa, temperatura calda e gradevole anche di notte,colazione ottima soprattutto quella all'inglese. bagno un po' piccolo,mancanza ascensore (aspetti secondari di poco conto) |

The hotel was central which was great, and was ideal for a girls weekend away (14 in total). The 10 bedded dormatory was fine apart from there being no plug points. However, we had been placed next to the four bedroom room which we had also booked and this meant that there was no hair disasters! Breakfast was great in the morning and found staff to be very helpful. If going up to Edinburgh again for the weekend I would stay at this hotel. |

good, clean accomodation. Note a huge deal, but they made us pay 4 nights up front, where I would have preferred they just take my credit card, like normal. no elevator, only a problem is you are extremely lazy. |

Very nice and clean hotel and in a quiet location. The breakfast was really good! and the beds were comfy, the shower was powerful and hot. We enjoyed our stay at this hotel and would recomend going there for a weekend city break. Walking distance to princess street for the shopping, however if you fancy a night out, the royal mile is only a £6 taxi ride away. Good value for money compared to other hotels in the city. no lift and stayed on top floor - 72 steps! not easy when carrying suitcases! |

The hotel was close to the city center, was nicely decorated and clean and quiet. There was no lift and our room was on the 4th floor - I wouldn't recommend it for elderly or disabled. The lighting was not very cosy. |

The hotel was clean and newley refurbished, but that was its only good points I would not recommend this hotel - although the rooms were clean the service was poor, the breakfast was limited (their version of a continental breakfast is a bowl of cereal, toast and coffee). To get to each floor there is a climb of three flights of stairs per floor - so if you are on the 3rd floor that is a climb of nine flights of stairs with no lift - so not very easy for anyone with a disability. On one evening we were staying there was live music in the bar untill midnight, which we know nothing about until we arrived. The music was so load it could be heard in all the rooms in the hotel, the staff not only did not care when customers complain and the duty staff admitted to being in the bar drinking. |

El hotel es muy bonoto, la habitación para 4 personas es tal cual sale en la foto de la web por lo que dabastante seguridad. El precio es muy bueno y el barrio donde se encuentra es muy bonito y lujosos El último dia llegamos a desayunar dos minutos tarde y uno de sus empleados no quiso servirnos el desayuno. La compañera nos puso un cafe con leche (creo que si por ella hubiera sido sí nos hubiera dado dasayuno). El empleado nos lo dijo de muy malas maneras y su contestación fue muy rotunda. Menos mal que no todo el mundo responde a los estereotipos ingleses!!! |

Está bien, cerca del centro andando. El desayuno era abundante y la atención del personal buena. La habitación tenía 4 camas y se perdía mucho espacio por ello al ser 2. |

Stijvol modern hotel op prima locatie in Edinburgh. Het hotel heeft een gezellige bar waar je ´s avonds graag nog een drankje drinkt als de kinderen al op bed liggen. De kamerdeuren sluiten hard waardoor we soms last hadden van nog laat terugkerende gasten. De familiekamer was mooi maar niet ruim voor vier personen. |
