Closeness to shops ,lakeside and amenities. The room was clean and breakfast excellent The room did not match the description as being "Superior". Manager not approachable, tolerated rather than made welcome. |

Exactly what we needed. Pleasant and efficient on arrival. Helpful concerning area. Rooms clean, fresh well presented and warm. Quiet and well placed for access to town. Parking on site. Breakfasts very good indeed. Owners charming and kind and had obviously taken great and effective care with the decor. Would use again whenever I am there taking photographs. |

We liked the beautiful appointments & comfortable rooms. The closeness to the Lakeside (busy & touristy) yet set back enough for quiet evenings. Breakfast was beautifully done. We found the owners charming & very hospitible.We would happily book again. |

cleanliness was exceptional everywhere was pristine, warm rooms and good location I booked a superior room but felt it was small also the pillows were very hard and I did inform the manager at the hotel that we were vegetarians when I placed the booking via email only to be asked had I ordered a vegi breakfast ? no sausages and no substitute eg extra egg, hash brown etc a bit disappointed overall. |

Peaceful and located in quiet area. Staff very friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was very well presented and adequate in a good set out breakfast room. Facilities are of basic nature for the fee being charged. The bed was an inadequate size and uncomfortable. Attention to bathroom hand basin taps (loose) need addressing in room 5. No telephone service in room. No computer facilities. Security could be better. |

The breakfasts are of an excellant standard Although shown as a hotel it is in fact a guesthouse, messages left on front door which is locked asking you to ring a mobile number so owners can attend to let you in. This did not just happen to me it applied to others on seperate days the owner and staff are friendly but one would expect to be able to be met on arrival. |
