Room was very nicely presented, the owner has obviously invested a substantial sum in recent improvements. Food was excellent and very well priced and above all the service from staff was brilliant. I will definitely stay here again. |

it was clean service was terrible, had to get someone out of the kitchen to provide an extra blanket. Also when I wanted to check out the next morning no one was available and had to wait for 10 minutes. |

The food and the service was bad, but that wasn't the worst thing. A couple of the rooms are situated above the bar and there is no sound-proofing whatsoever. We went down to have a word with the bar at midnight explaining that we could not sleep with the noise and were told that the bar was closing so the noise would stop. However, it was only after we went down again at 1:15 and literally told people to leave did the noise stop. The hotel is very aware of this problem and has done nothing to remedy it. I would not recommend this hotel. |

The White Hart was wonderful - the family room had a seperate room withe the kids bunks - great for the parents. The room was simply furnished but very clean and tidy. The Hotel bar was excellent and the food was great - breakfast was excellent. Staff were all very friendly. Get some bedside lamps |

Staff were very friendly, excellent breakfast, large bedrooms and bathrooms, and it's always nice to have a good bar in the hotel. I found the shower confusing, and I couldn't get a good, hot shower, but it could be my lack of understanding of how to operate it. |

Lovely country pub. Excellent selection of beers. Rooms clean and of good size. Ensuite facilities good. TV in rooms fantastic - excellent range of channels and brillant picture/reception. Food, including breakfast excellent and very good value. Landlord/lady very friendly and helpful. All in all an excellent place to stay to see sights of Cornwall. |
