I could actually feel the springs in the old mattress, which obviously affected comfort. Water pressure in the shower was lacking. The hotel wifi was poor, so I ended up using “The Cloud” instead. The after-hours entrance was at the back of the hotel but there was no light. I believe a bulb was burned out which should have been replaced, so it was very difficult to negotiate at night. No on-site staff at night became problematic when my key literally snapped off in the main rear entrance! I had to borrow a phone from a passer-by to contact a member of staff off-site to come back to the hotel, which was worrisome, although the individual arrived quickly (5 mins).
The room was large and clean. Decent sized TV. Well-appointed room with a chair, desk, full length mirror, suitcase stand, tea/coffee, etc. On-site bar was handy. Staff were very friendly and professional.
