Lack of phone signal.
Travelled from Aus for a wedding and TWHI was absolutely gorgeous. Very picturesque location and I cannot speak highly enough of the friendly accomodating staff. They were amazing!!
Proper pub with accommodation, the beer was real and the food was excellent. As I left at 0800 I was offered two alternative for breakfast, the choice I had was great and suited my requirements. WiFi a bit weak in room 2 Overall great stay
Cooked breakfast did not start till 0900, but if it was to the same standard as my evening meal it would of been great
Very friendly staff and locals.
having to leave
Beer was excellent - the 'snowy' winter ale was brilliant - and recommended as a Cotleigh winter ale. Food was also super value for money - excellent steak pie and superb beef salad - thank you!! Breakfast and staff service were good!
Room was OK but shower over bath was poor - really difficult to achieve anything but a cold shower warm - hot shower was nearly impossible. Double bed was small hard and uncomfortable compared with Premier Inns in South Wales
Atmosphere in bar Friendly staff Excellent food Great beer
No cereal included in Full English breakfast.
Great location for visiting Cleeve Abbey. Lots of character and good meals.
Showing signs of age.
The Book exchange. Friendly (but not over-friendly!) staff. Warm welcome when we arrived. Good to stay in a popular country pub.
