I really liked the open fires, the food, real ale and the friendly staff. It would have been nice to have a small armchair in the room. Breakfast starting at 09.00hrs is too late for a business trip. |

My reception was warm and friendly, a sandwich was made for me even though the kitchen had closed and the price was extremely low compared to other B&B's in which I have stayed (and indeed compared to the B&B I used to own, with my wife) The only criticism would be the lack of a proper shower. But what was supplied worked reasonably well |

We regretably found the white horse unfriendly and customer service poor.We had reason to complain about food to which we were not offered an alternative or even an opoligy.There was lack of communication overall....We enjoyed the somerset countryside and little Villages,but feel that we wouldn't recommend the white horse Inn. |

I liked listening to the water rushing by in the brook. I liked the breakfast very much as well as the evening meal. Looking out of the window I could see horses goats chickens. Staff smoking at the entrance continually in the quiet periods gives a bad impression I think. Dont try to go to sleep untill the pub quietens down.11.30ish. |
