Ideal for legoland, Windsor and London, the cabins were great for us and our 4 year old. It was handy to have the kitchenette so we could make lunches to take out with us. Very warm & comfortable, we had a terrific stay :)
The wifi didn't always work
Bed sheets were stained. Cobwebs all over and the cabin had not been cleaned.
Great location Comfy beds Children's play equipment Close to family-friendly restaurants e.g. Toby Carvery, Harvester, The India (recommended)
Some noise from other families arriving later in the evening. WiFi patchy (but not really needed when on holiday!)
Very easy to find, nice quiet location. Great accommodation,
Arriving after an evening out too no Sugar available for a cup of Tea, also first thing in the Morning being unable to have a cup of Tea.
White House was a pleasant surprise the wood cabin rooms were warm and cosy and extremely comfortable. The off road parking was also great.
We were given a very warm welcome and loved the opportunity to stay somewhere out of the ordinary, in log cabins, so we were really 'glamping' as the owner called it!
You could see directly into the cabin opposite +them into ours so it wasn't very private at all+ our neighbours were quite noisy.
A refreshing change from a big chain hotel- gorgeous chalets, practical, clean; great play area, safe parking; staff were lovely. Only stayed 2 nights but felt like a total "break" away! Handy for LEGOLAND.
Excellent place to stay close to LHR airport. Self-catering but extremely comfortable.
felt really special staying somewhere in a log cabin. the whole stay was brilliant and I couldnt fault a thing
Rooms good size with kitchenette and bathroom. Great outdoor seating area. Secure car park. Secure garden for young kids. Great location for airport and getting into Windsor and London. Lodges are a great idea and a good size for a couple. Shops and takeaways within walking distance.
Minor points of note are the sound from other guests can carry especially at night. Cobwebs in the rooms and bathroom but not a major thing, room was clean and tidy.
Location was good and it was very quite and safe
The cleanliness was very poor .spidersweb every where. We booked for 3 people and the kitchen equipment was for 2 people .Not enough room for 3 people .Same must be said for bathroom towels.I Was asked how I would like to pay my bill before we go and I did say I shall be paying cash.my surprise was that the money was taken from my card .why bother to ask how to pay if you want to take it from your card?
6 timber cabins & no smoke detectors only 1 way out & no extinguishers. Windows either open or shut so no security or no air No towels on arrival@ 6.15pm, finally got them 9.20pm Had to ask for towels 2nd day Wifi kept dropping out Bed against wall had to climb over partner to get out Can't believe 8.8 rating Unhappy experience
Friendly owner Lovely accommodation Good location for Legoland Great play equipment for kids, so much better than hotel rooms. Lovely "chillax" area which really made it special!
Air and road noise but Heathrow is Heathrow and being so close to the M4 junction is as much a plus as a minus.
Safety as garage door to drive way made the lodges isolated and private and secure for the children. Play and seating area.
Owner very friendly Very close to everything Very comfortable
Cobwebs round lights which was very surprising considering how clean everything else was. And TV volume was very hit and miss. But neither enough to stop us returning.
Location was excellent for Windsor & Legoland. Great value for money. Hosts were very ac commanding and contactable. Lovely stay and would recommend and definitely go back again.
It wasn't a longer trip.
comfy beds ,warm ,quiet
Quiet place, a full-range product convenience shop next-by, good food bar within 5min walk.
Pebbled car park cannot use my wheeled suitcase ...
Really comfy beds very clean.owner very friendly.loved the chillax area
Loved the location for Legoland and pub just down the road for breakfast and meals. lodges lovely and clean.
The hostess was extremely helpful, the rooms were CLEAN - and for a family with young children, having a lovely outdoor table where we could relax while the little boy played on playground equipment was idyllic. Then later in the evening we all sat in another outdoor lounge to laugh over a wine or two. We had a car, but if you don't the hostess offers lifts to Heathrow that sound like a good deal. Perfect.
Bed, location, stocked kitchen, fresh great looking bathroom with plenty of hot water, owner always cheery and helpful, play park for kids, seating area.
Small room size. Lack of privacy. Could over hear conversations from next door. Room barley big enough for single bed let alone double and single. Couldn't see garden from room as described. Chair, table,Fan etc. flimsy and of a cheap quality. Very dim poor lighting.
Great family atmosphere, grandchildren loved the play area, everything we needed on hand and a lovely place to sit in the evening and unwind after a day at Legoland. Very close to the motorway and easy to find. Lovely proprietor!
