The room was good, the meals were good and the staff helpful and friendly.
Heating was not working and we were not informed of this on arrival and paying. Evening meal not the best cooked and served on cold plates. Noise from fan in kitchens heard in bedroom.
Lovely, big, clean room. Great shower. Staff were very friendly and helpful. A great location for us and excellent value for money.
Just the very loud noise the plumbing made.
Location of hotel. Friendly staff.
Buzzing noise in room which went on all of first night although it did not start until 6am on second morning.
peace and quiet, friendly service
cold beans for breakfasst
Almost everything..location is very peaceful surrounding by the english farms. The hotel's owner is friendly and the room itself is clean, preety and spacious. The hotel is close to Kingfisher fish and chips restaurant, Skipton and Keighly only 10mins drive. This hotel is a great choice for those that love country side and like to drive in country side.
Everything! The village is charming with a lovely church and canal walk. The White Lion was great, we were there for 'Tuesday pie night' which was excellent as was breakfast the next day.Dave and Suzie made us very welcome, would recommend without hesitation.
TV didn't work Bedside light didn't work Noise from the bar Toilet seat broken (later repaired)
We had the family room for the night that we stayed. Excellence pub and lovely staff. The bed was so comfortable and had a fab nights sleep. Will definitely be booking again and the price. ...excellent value for money. Thank you for a lovely nights stay. X
Pub atmosphere. Beer garden. English breakfast was good. Friendly staff and their lovely dog.
Stairs to room (unavoidable in most pubs anyway).
Friendly staff. Well kept beer. The steaks were good quality.
Although the steaks were good, the chips and onion rings were a little undercooked. Bed wasn't made when we returned.
Nice walk along canal and village
Friendly welcome, friendly staff, nice location, good breakfast. The room was large it faced out over the beer garden and car park, it was so quiet we slept really well.
We had the pie and chips from the menu, it wasn't quite as tasty as I had hoped for.
Room, location, breakfast
TV remote didn't work
Good Yorkshire welcome, ale and home cooking. On site parking.
Breakfast could do with a tidy up! More coffee on offer (we were only offered one small cup). A selection of toasted bread. Cold rather than warm fruit juice and milk! A choice of fruit juice would be good!
Friendly service, picturesque location and comfortable rooms.Food was good too.
Nice light airy room.
Nice welcome.enjoyed the food.
We were made to feel extremely welcome
Not clean enough
not a very good stay.we stayed three nights and room only serviced once and that was half a job!.no clean towels during our stay.
there was a homely atmosphere in the friendly pub and the room was very cosy
the toilet/showerroom had an unpleasant smell to it, although it was clean, may be worth putting in an air freshener or checking back of system
