This was truely a terrible guest house. The welcome was non-existent and then I got given a key to a room that was already occupied. When we did get a room it was dingy and not that clean. The fittings were very old. I wouldn't care but it wasn't even that cheap at £70 per night. What a dump.

Location is good. Parking at door (if you are lucky enough to get a space) is very cheap at £2 day, paid at guest house. The 2 members of staff we dealt with weren't overly welcoming or chatty. The rooms were ok but worn. The bathroom wasn't very clean - hairs on shower.

Rude staff on desk telling me I couldnt stay there as I hadnt paid when my card details had already been given to bookings.com this was in front of other guests. Had requested a twin room but the willow got it wrong and had prepared a double hense we were given a family room which was disgusting. Cold, grubby, only a light duvet on the beds, peeling paint, bits of paint on the furniture, a broken chair, the english breakfast was ok although had to ask for extra tea it wasnt offered. My son is a vegetarian and they couldnt have been less helpful. This so called hguest house should be removed from your site it was a disgrace ive never stayed anywhere so tacky and the rudeness of the man on reception is not an experience I would wish anyone to go through

We were in this accommodation in Glasgow in February. The room was lovely and warm until the radiator turned itself off in the early night, leaving the room really cold. The thin duvet was no benefit and as there was no phone in the room, I didn't want to go out to reception in the middle of the night to ask for more blankets. Tea and coffee was provided but only 1 milk left. The breakfast was adequate, but the dining room was not easy to find, and it was cold. We were not impressed when the lady serving us on our 2nd morning commented how cold it was in the dining room. Parking is not provided by this place. We had to pay for parking £6 which covered our parking Sat and Sunday was free. As we were were given 3 tickets I assumed we were covered for parking Mon, obviously not as I got a parking ticket. While this place is close to the shopping area, it was not suitable for my elderly parent.

Price of hotel. The pictures on the website must be very old as the hotel is desperately in need of some renovations. Room very dirty and tired. Walls very thin and can hear tvs in next rooms.

Nice location behind the Glagow School of Art. Walking distance to shopping streets and transports system (subway/central station 10 min). Good prices. Standard scottish breakfast. Hotel should need a renewal (rooms furniture, fittings...)

Greated by a man who i can only describe as stinking of alcohol. Room was very cold Nets were stained No hairdryer even though it was stated as having one Shower was meant to be a power shower, this was not the case spent over five minutes just trying to wet my hair under the trickle that came out. Once the curtains were closed the swayed in the draft coming from the old windows. Windows were dirty and covered in cobwebs. Breakfast was very basic, i like strong coffee but this was like sludge. Staff were very abrupt. No option for a late checkout Poor parking facilities (this was stated on the website but due to a football match going on in the city the parking situation was even worse).

The price was very good The post code on conformation email was wrong it took me 3hrs to find and when I mentioned this to lady at reception she was not interested in the slightest - staff were generally not that friendly. Room cleaner was lovely however - felt very isolated as a female solo traveller and not safe so checked out at 11pm before my next morning departure checked in to a different hotel instead! Breakfast was too early so didn't have it!
