erittäin siisti huone, ystävällinen ja avulias isäntä, hinta-laatusuhde erinomainen, erittäin rauhallinen ja kodikas, perhehuone oli mukava 4 hengelle lyhyeen yöpymiseen yksinkertaiset ikkunat, joten voi olla kylmä talvella. |

close to airport,they came and picked us up free of charge,also took us to airport early morning for a small fee lovely room,unfortunately u could hear everything from next door,even them using the toilet,we had to be up at 4am and u could hear every step like they were walking round our room,real shame!!! |

This was a very very big & wonderful shock! The Guest House was far better than expected! Accomodation at Stansted Airport is terrible normally, this is more like a 4 star hotel room than a guest house! Very clean, extreamly modern, comfortable & cosy. Not what we expected at all! I will certainly return and do my best to reccommend to others! Thank you so much for taking us to the airport and for proving such great service. We really apprecaited it. Thank you! No, we were extreamly satisfied and spoilt. |

Excellent email details. Superb personal chauffer service to shops and airport. Real treats provided with Tea and coffee in designer style bedroom. I was not certain where to go on first entering the garden with the gate and beware of the dogs sign as it was dark and blowing a gale. Was extremely relieved when Imanagaed to find my room and the very nice welcome note on my door. |

I appreciated being collected and dropped off at Stansted Airport as part of the service and found my hosts very helpful. I appreciated the quiet and having a room with some space all to myself and feeling a little bit separate from the household. I liked the character of the house and the location. Only the unpleasant smell on the landing but it did not affect the experience in the room itself. |

i liked the friendliness of the owners and the relaxed attitude. the room and shower room were gorgeous and i booked it because it looked so pretty in the photo from the outside. it was very quiet being in the countryside. |

We were made to feel very welcome at The Willows, comfortable beds, beautiful bath, and excellent service. It is rare to find such hospitality and friendlness at any hotell/guesthouse. We only stayed one night, but I'm sure i will stay here next time I'm passing through Stansted. Put lights on the sign towards the road, hard to see in the dark |

The personal touch of the Guest House. Lovely and very fairly priced alternative to staying in a hotel chain. Great that there is a free transfer to and from the airport, that was definitely a deciding factor in selecting a more budget priced hotel chain that ofter offer transfers inclusive in their rates. Visit was very relaxing given the personal and easy going approach of the owners & staff. This most certainly did not mean the facility wasn't professional in it's approach, but more laid back with it - not stuffy. |

The owners were extremely helpful and it is, indeed, a charming place, close to Stanstead Airport, to stay. The bathroom door did not close properly without awakening my wife. The shower water was neither hot nor cold, but only warm, and the position of the toilet seat required me to rest my head against the opposing wall. |

We flew into Stansted Airport late and got to the guesthouse @ 1 a.m in the morning. It was nice that our key was waiting for us and we just went right up. We got a family room and it was very spacious and decorated nicely. The owner Kevin brought our breakfast to the room in the morning and then took us to the airport. I would definitely suggest this place! |
