Friendly, clean, good location and great value for money
Location good Friendly staff and a warm welcome on arrival. Comfy bed Good food. Decor a little dated but clean.
Tiny en-suite, but manageable.
Good location, had a car park but once in that was it, you were stuck.
Very small room and could not help yourself to any cereal or juice, all had to be ordered, self service would be better
It fitted the bill perfectly for us.
the family room was very comfortablethe staff were friendly, the breakfast was exellentgreat value for money would recommend to anyone going to blackpool
shower room in bedroom was a bit small
Friendly staff, nice breakfast, reasonably priced and the beds were comfy. Away from main road so quiet but close enough to all main attractions.
Bar closed at 10.30pm just as we'd arrived back in from illuminations so had to take drinks to our room, also en suite was tiny, could not bend down to rinse face with door closed as it was a tiny narrow area converted into ensuite. It was to small to get dried and dressed in after a shower.
Room was nice
Bed was a bit on the damp side overall very nice
It is in a good location for all amenities Clean and comfortable and some of the staff willing to help Breakfast was good but a little bit misleading on what children could have. I had to pay an extra £1.50 each for my children to have a full English.
Bathroom facilities small On leaving this hotel we were greeted at the bottom of the stairs by here are your car keys and the car is on the road. parked on double yellow lines, not even did you enjoy your stay or have a safe journey home. perhaps a bit more professionalism would go a long way. Don`t think we would return in a rush!
Very clean, very comfy beds.
Breakfast was very nice but lukewarm. Floorboards very squeaky in our room but not in my friends next door.
Hosts and staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was basic, but warm and comfortable. Breakfast was brilliant......a proper full English, with neverending tea, coffee and toast!! All in all a credit to themselves and the small hotel industdry. Can't recommended highly enough.
Clean rooms, good location easily accessible, all local attractions within walking distance.
Family rooms are on the top floor which means 3 flights of stairs with two small children and all that comes with them.
We were able to check in as soon as we arrived, Owners and Staff were really friendly, ready to help if you needed to know anything. Breakfast was excellent, hotel was lovely and quite during the night. Good location for Pleasure Beach, trams from St Chads stop just over the road to the tower end, so not far away from anything really. I would recommend this hotel as a comfortable and reasonably priced for a stop in Blackpool :)
Everything, Marion and her staff were lovely, made u feel really welcome. Had the run of the hotel came and went as we pleased. Good secure car parking. Really enjoyable few days.
Nothing everything was great.
The staff are wonderful and their parking skills are second to none!!! Really comfy beds. Slept like a log. Lovely breakfast.
very friendly . nothing to much trouble . food presented very well and the service was excellent . would definitely go back again .location very good
little bit of noise from outside at night but only to be expected . it is blackpool after all .
The staff and owners made you very welcome giving a very friendly atmosphere
the size of the bathroom was very, very small, although it was adequate for our short stay would any longer would have been difficult
good location free car parking
one of party is wheat n gluten free ,hotel catered excellent for ,breakfast n evening meal. car was on a safe park,
We thought the staff were very nice.
No television in the bar, only in the bedrooms. No use if your having a drink and want to watch a programme.
Tiny room, almost non existent bathroom, smells coming from the bathroom drains were not pleasant. A 30 minute breakfast slot is not very leisurely, having to get up early on a precious weekend off is a no no.
The staff were pleasant enough. The room was clean and hotel was clean.
Our room was top floor up 3 flights of stairs... no lift. Room was very hot and only able to open a small window. The bathroom was far to small and it was difficult to move in it...actually I have to say ridiculously small. The breakfast was okay but nothing to shout about and parking was not ideal at the premises. I am a little sad to give such a low review as the staff were very nice. I just think that there is room for improvement and hope that some of what we say is taken on board
The Owners are very helpful, very welcoming, couldnt do enough to help out.
Some of the young waitresses not the brightest, had to ask several times to get breakfast order correct!! Toast was like concrete, made far too early and obviously sitting for quite a long time before being served..otherwise breakfast was ok..
Friendly atmosphere and accommodating
Nothing to not like
Compact but excellent
nice friendly & helpfull , good location
narrow window for taking breakfast 8.45-9.15 --- would suggest 8.30 to 10, beds not very comfy
