Good rooms - Clean(ish) Nice modern design/decor Breakfast staff friendly Good TV! Quiet staff - no reception/receptionist. telephone a mobile... Have to choose your breakfast the night before. Not asked as to how our stay was Multiple notices - twice the same thing in many places - welcome book, bathroom etc. No hot water for a shower. at 7:30 - Was the only person at breakfast too - so who knows where it all went!

I booked this hotel as it advertises fitness facilities, but when I asked about them I was told that there is a Virgin Active half a mile away but it's very expensive.

Quiet location (room on the back side of the house). All perfectly clean. Friendly staff. Decent internet connection. Decent breakfast (although the quality of the coffee leaves room for some improvement!). Overall a good experience. Room is small, but you are in London after all. No staff was around when I checked in at 9pm, which was a bit strange but no major inconvenience as they can remotely open the door as long as you are able to phone them. If breakfast could start at 7am rather than 7:30am it would be better for guests who like me have business in central London.

Nice decor You can't drink the water in the room and it only tells you in the hotel Guide. There are no signs. You have to buy water from reception Or boil and cool it!

Location and easy to find - easy to get around London from here. Not a hotel - more an expensive B&B - would expect bar & food if a hotel - bathroom had no radiator so with a tiled floor it was cold - sink cracked and both taps only has Luke warm water whereas shower only had scalding water - adequate but over priced I felt.

My room was nicely decorated and well presented. Although on the small side, it was fine for what I needed. The hotel is just a short walk away from shops and restaurants - there was even a manual in my room with a map of places to eat. Breakfast was tasty too and the parking was good - still plenty of space left when I turned up at 6.30pm. Staff were friendly and welcoming too. It was good value for money compared to the other hotels I looked at.
