everything else was excellent
unfortunately the double bed was more like a 3 quaterbed
The staff were very friendly, the breakfast was excellent there was plenty of choice. Nothing was too much trouble for them. Excellent for the Pleasure Bleach everything was in easy reach.
Hotel was clean, staff friendly, good food, nice location. An excellent hotel.
Nothing! All good.
everything was excellent to the accommodation to service parking its was a lovely place they are modernizing
The only thing we liked was the location was ok and good parking for the car. The breakfast was good.
Where do I start. The room was so small and the bed was only a three quarter. The bathroom was so small you could not move. The room should have been a single not double.
Good food quite location close to town and attractions ,ample parking and good local knowledge
Lovely family will definitely stay there again
The breakfast was lovely and the staff were really friendly
The rooms were dated and the mattress was uncomfortable
Lovely helpful people , good location with parking , yummy breakfast, would stay again
Friendly welcome and very good breakfast. Allowed to remain in lounge after check out time until train was due. Very convenient for train station.
breakfast was good
room was small and cramped, quite cold ,bedding felt slightly damp (due to room being cold).bed was suposed to be a double (no way), it was a 3/4 bed. we complained to the owner. who said we are not welcome (because we complained) give a refund on second night stay (less deductions ) would not stay there again NO WAY!
The B&B was in a nice area two minutes from the pleasure beach and the family were inviting, kind and made it feel very homely.I would recommend
Could not fault the breakfast in the mornings - best part of the day ☺
Staff where friendly and keen help, we would probably stay there again
the friendly welcome and help given
The staff were lovely.
This was supposed to be a couples and family hotel! I couldn't sleep due to the group above us, swearing and screaming all night. When getting up for breakfast, the same group was there, being sick in toilet, and taking things from other people's tables. The noise in the morning was terrible, some sort of fan constantly. You heard every creek in the place. I paid £50 a night for a double room and got a horrible little twin room. I couldn't even fit my case in the room. Although the house was clean I found it very hard to sleep or eat anything as it was so old. I felt like I stepped into the 60s. My friends stayed in a lovely fresh, modern hotel in Blackpool for £25 a night. Please spend some time modernising your facilities. I spent the most time in my car outside the hotel.
We stayed here for 3 nights. The breakfast was amazing, hosts where brilliant and friendly we loved our stay here! Great location for the pleasure beach and close to everything. Nothing bad to say about this hotel. We will be going back here.
Friendly staff and good breakfast
Seating bar area only opens from 6 till 11 would liked to have been able to sit in afternoon for tea or coffee
We had a comfortable stay rooms were dated but clean. The staff were excellent, breakfast was also very good
Nothing we did not like
Lovely family run place made to feel very welcome, breakfast was great it was perfect for what we wanted a clean place to lay our heads down after a busy couple of days visiting all the blackpool attractions. Thankyou to all of you.
The staff was friendly. The breakfast was the best we have had in a long time.
Lack of space
The staff were pleasant to talk to and very helpful. The hotel was clean - slightly out of the way but a quiet location. Lovely breakfast.
we enjoyed the facilities and the breakfast was first class. staff were friendly, professional and helpful. we will stay there again next year.
rooms are smallish but that is reflected in the price, so very good value for money
it provided basics, a bed away from home and the staff was great. we had parking space and it is family friendly and clean.
we booked the hotel as it was stared, its a basic accommodation nothing to blow a trumpet about. The stars are a bit misleading.
