The convince of where it was located and the friendly staff
Lack of pillows and no proper way of being able to discard sanctuary products in the bathroom
the place could do with a make over and the shower and bed was covered in hair .the room was cold
Breakfast , location and staff
Bed uncomfortable decor
Although the website advised free parking, there was only parking for three cars. Therefore we had to pay to park the car in a nearby carpark and return later in the evening to add more hours to the car park ticket. The room smelt of damp as soon as we went in and during the night we heard tapping noise, it appeared that there was water leaking through the ceiling. we were moved rooms during the night, however the new room did not have shower facilities. the rooms were old, cupboards broken, lamps broken and shoved in cupboards and the top of the wardrobe had a puddle of water from where the ceiling was leaking. at 630 we woke up and rather than wait and endure the breakfast we left, the owner did offer a mug of coffee, which when i had i was glad we had decided to not bother waiting for breakfast and hurry up and get home to travel 5 hours away to get home, showered and warm! the owner did offer a small refund but this only just covered the carparking fees. this was supposed to be a night away after watching our football team play against blackpool, i wish i had drived the 5 hours back straight after that have to endure a night at this "hotel".
Walked in walked out grimy toilets, carpet not hoovered door handle to get out of room fell off in my daughters hand, stains on the pillows cases and smelt damp and was draftee cold in room.
very good breakfasts, very friendly and helpful people, we were warned that it wasn't the Ritz, but they were trying there best.
dirty carpets and net curtains worn out beds, broken windows, needs a complete over haul
Tired and cramped bedroom
We were looking for somewhere for 2 adults and 3 children and not too expensive. That's exactly what we got! A room with 5 beds and a toilet and shower. The staff were great and could not do enough for us. It cost us £89 for the night and that included on site parking and breakfast. What a bargain!
Meals nice but room small , staff very helpfull
The staff were friendly and efficient. The beds were soft , tea n coffee facilities were always on hand and the breakfast of the highest standard.
Nothing !, i would recommend the place to all my friends and stay again when the need arises
Rooms small.not clean.in need of refurbishment. Charge for stay too high
Running hot water Staff nice.
T.V no signal. Springs coming up through mattress. Dampness and mould in room. Water coming out the bottom of toilet pan on to the floor.
Close to sea front, friendly staff.
Mattress was springy, you could feel the springs in your back, ceilings we're rotten, unclean, fag burns in carpets, smelt like wet dog, wouldn't recommend for families with young children.
Very good location Very helpful and friendly staff Value for money Breakfast included in price
Really nice friendly people who would do anything for you.
En suite bathroom and quality of the beds
