Excellent location very helpful staff
Having an extension built so access difficult and dust around premises. Sure this will be gone soon.
Very friendly helpful staff, lovely and clean, we will definitely stay here again. Food was fantastic, restaurant staff were polite, happy and nothing was too much trouble.
We were in a room above the bar and it was very noisy, we were told about the noise before hand, will ask for different room next time.
All of it as stated above
The pub was great with a great selection of ales. The staff were very helpful and sorted out a complaint straight away. The breakfast was lovely and rooms just been modified.
The room I stayed in was directly above the pub and the noise went on till turned 1 in the morning, apparently there are better rooms on a higher floor so be careful.
Friendly staff, great central location. Good value for money.
Building work ongoing, but with the exception of the car park there is no impact on the hotel or comfort of the traveller.
it was very good nice log fire burning all day just what you need when its snowing outside
the twin room we had was abit cluttered and wasnt much space to move, I had to put some of the clutter underneath the bed
Delighted with the friendliness of the staff. We had a lovely room, very clean and comfy. Great breakfasts.
The location is excellent, with parking. The food is very good and reasonably priced. All the staff we came into contact with were excellent, very helpful and good-humoured. A credit to the management.
The Inn is undergoing building work and access to the car park was difficult. Obviously a temporary problem which was in fact easily resolved by helpful staff
Great location, brilliant food, friendly & pleasant staff, great atmosphere. The room was very nicely decorated and very comfortable. Will definitely be back
The building is quaint. The staff are very friendly. The delicious food is imaginatively presented, with unusual ingredients and perfectly cooked. Breakfast menu superb
The plumbing was noisy, but there had been problems with the external supply and the refurbishment planned will address the plumbing
The location of the Woolly Sheep is fantastic we just love it for a weekend break or treat. The breadfast is beautiful along with all the staff. Will be back soon
Helpfulness of the staff. The building.
Have visited the woolly sheep before for a drinks and meals but never stopped there before. The room was very clean compact and warm. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very good. We loved being right in the centre of Skipton and being able to visit the shops and pubs without having to use a car. We stayed just after NewYear which can be a bit flat but we had a wonderful time and would like to think we would go back to stay again.
noisy at times

The radiator in the room was not working but they had put an electric heater in there, still, not as cosy as it should have been
